- Two-tiers (top tier with aluminum railing on sides only, no rail on bottom tier)
- Wrap-around step on half of the bottom tier due to elevation requirements
Size:
- top tier - 7' x 16'

Looking to replace a old 8x10 pt deck.
The new one would be a 12 x 12 deck (approx 190sq ft) with 6 steps coming out of the one corner. Would like the railing to 36" height. Old deck is approx 5ft off the ground. Material PT wood. The old deck needs to be tron down and disposed of. Would also like a stone (gravel 3/4) laid under the deck.
We have a semi detach town house in Bowmanville. It is about 10 years old. You can only get to the back yard through the garage.
I would like to get an estimate for a floating backyard deck. I would like it as low as possible to the grown. The dimensions are 20 feet by 11 feet. I do not want it to be attached to the house, and I do not need railings installed since we are going to be low enough to the ground.
I would like the frame to sit on cement piers, and for the boards I would like whatever is low maintenance.
Hello,
My husband and I are looking for someone to come out and give us a quote on a deck we are looking to have built. It is a second storey deck off of our walk out with stairs down to the yard, approx. 10ft x 12ft done in composite.
We were wondering if you are still booking for this yr or if there is any incentive to booking ahead of tie for early next spring.
Thanks,
Danielle
Looking to gather some pricing to have a new deck built. Attached are a few sketches of the draft design as well as some pages from "Pro Deck Design" after preliminary discussions with Home Depot. Looking for the deck to be built in brown pressure treated lumber. Will also need to have existig sod removed and concrete pootings. Please review files and contact me with your approximate price. Thanks
Note: The file from Home Depot does not include the 2 louvered privacy 12' wide walls. Also, the posts where these walls will be should be 6x6 posts, not 4x4. Please just use the Home Depot file as a guideline.
75 ft wood fence install.
19ft by 6ft approximately front porch install with replace of porch pillar. There is a cement porch in front of door approximately 5 feet of the 19ft total. The extension would be a floating deck install with the overlay of the existing cement porch. Am open to material suggestions.
Located in Bowmanville.
I have a 10 year old house in Bowmanville that has 2 wooden pillars on a front porch. These Pillars are now rotting and I need to have them replaced. They are approx 9 feet tall and support a small portion of the roof over my porch.
Please email me if you would like pictures to get s more specific idea.
i have a 12 x 15 ft patio that I would like to screen in. I understand that it will require a roof, floor and one wall of screening as the the house encloses the other three sides. My house is a bungalow with vinyl siding in the gated community of Wilmot Creek. I would like the screned wall to have double sliders so that the patio can still be wide open to the outdoors when I wish, My house backs onto a pond and open fields and is one half block borth of Lake Ontario. I am looking for a ballpark quote only at this time,
