Very large lot (1/2 acre) in downtown Bowmanville requires fencing to keep dogs in - preferable a wooden privacy fence. The neighbours have old wire fencing or run down wood. Part of the lot has no fence and then a tall cedar hedge that we wish to keep so the lot has its challenges. Backs onto Bowmanville High School.
75 ft wood fence install.
19ft by 6ft approximately front porch install with replace of porch pillar. There is a cement porch in front of door approximately 5 feet of the 19ft total. The extension would be a floating deck install with the overlay of the existing cement porch. Am open to material suggestions.
Located in Bowmanville.
Replace existing pressure treated fence on one side in backyard.
This would consist of following:
1) remove existing 12 panel sections i.e. posts 4"x4",2"x4"x8" rails, lattice (standard) & 6' boards
2) remove all materials - existing panels, posts & soni-tubes/cement etc...
3) install new fencing (pressue treated) 12 sections i.e. 4"x4" posts,2"x4" rails, lattice work & 6' boards
The fence on the west side of my property is falling. One section was destroyed in a fire 3 years ago. My neighbor and I can't agree on what to be done. He wants to buy pre-made sections and install it ourselves. I cannot do that kind of labour anymore. He wants 5ft with 1ft lattice. I want 6 foot privacy fencing with 6X6 posts, like the other 3 sides. He also wants to keep the wood from the fence being replaced, which is fine by me. I would like a quote, and if I can afford to do it I will and worry about getting his share later. I may be moving within a couple of years so the fence needs to be done. I'm retired so I need to do this as inexpensively as possible.
