I need a one bedroom legal basement apartment according to the Town of Bradford. I already have a bathroom finished. Its a walkout basement. The furnace and hot water heater will have to be moved to accommodate the bedroom which needs a window. I need flooring and a kitchen. The bathroom needs to be fixed a bit maybe change the floor fix the ceiling and fix the shower enclosure. A door on the side of the house needs to be installed as well, I have already had the gas meter moved for that purpose. I will need a path on the side of the house for the side door and a small deck and widening the driveway to accommodate 2 cars side by side.
