Hello,
I have a project I need to get started fairly quickly. My parents are moving into a condo and we’d like to renovate the master bathroom with an accessible shower. It currently has both a shower and tub.
The timeline is quite tight. They get possession of the condo on February 28th and need to move out of their house by March 21st. We would need to start this work the week of February 28th because they would also like to paint and have new carpets put in.
If you are available beginning the week of February 28th, what are the next steps for a quote?
Thanks,
Sabrin

Full rip out remodel including:
- removing tub and installing new shower with frameless glass wall and door, including building half wall separating toilet and shower.
- new compete vanity and toilet. Depending on prices we may purchase ourselves and want installed by contractor
-floor to ceiling tiling in shower area on cement board backing and new purple board on remaining surfaces, including ceiling
-new floor tiles.
- depending on cost savings I am willing to rip out old bathroom down to wood studs.
-the attached pic shows what we have now vs what we're looking for, however we want frameless glass for the shower.
- we are the owners of the house and have been living here for 16 years.
-Budget for entire project is $8000
We are looking to repair our basement bathroom after a small fire.
what we need:
1) a licenced electrician to check electrical and install a new bathroom exhaust fan
2) fix the bathroom ceiling / drywall / insulation
need everything done to code.
would like this to be completed soon.
I am looking for an estimate for a small-medium bathroom renovation. It is our main bathroom. It is 64.5" width x 112" long. I have attached a pdf here for you to review. We also have a basement, where we need vinyl flooring installed. There is a small bedroom in the basement. It has laminate flooring. That will need to come out so that the whole basement has similar flooring. The total basement area is around 500 sq. ft.
Renovation of small main bathroom. Want 4 x 16 white tiles in bath/shower area, 12 x24 floor tiles, new toilet, new vanity approx. 30 inches wide with quartz counter, new mirror, light fixture, and hang medicine cabinet and paint.
Additionally replace toilet in master bathroom. Also powder room, new floor 12 x24 tiles, toilet and small vanity. Powder room is approx. 3 ft by 8 feet.
4 bathrooms to renovate: 1 powder room....new sink and toilet, 1 main bathroom, kids use this so looking for a large sink with a double faucet, dont think a double sink will fit?, 1 ensuite, large space so looking for best use of space, 1 basement bathroom, small so looking for best design.

I am also interested in quotes to redo the whole bathroom. Possible to remove tub and make area a standup shower and replace the vanity with a double sink. Would also like the other walls tiled from the floor to the bottom of the window.

I have a townhouse with 2 bathrooms upstairs. Looking for quote for the smaller bathroom. It is about 8-12 feet long and 5 feet wide. It currently has grey tiles, a grey tub, toilet and sink (With vanity cabinet below) and a small medicine closet. Would like to:
a) change the floor tiles to a new colour
b) replace the tub with a modern looking standing shower with new tiles
c) replace the grey toilet and sink with new white toilet and sink (and new vanity)
d) replace the mirror, lighting and medicine cupboard to match
Would like the quote to separate labour from parts so we have the option of choosing our own hardware/parts.
Gutted 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and now looking to build one large bedroom with ensuite, and then a seperate bathroom (shower, toilet, vanity) It is roughly 225 square feet and I am looking for someone to drywall (please quote labor and materials seperately) and I am also looking for a quote to tile ensuite and seperate bathroom (please quote labor omly)

This particular location is a large building that houses 3 separate apartment units all ground level. One of the units needs to have the tub and shower converted.
Our policy is to obtain 3 quotes and we have the work inspected after completion.
On the ceiling of our main floor family room, which is located just under the master bathtub, there is a long water stain, approx. 3ft (not sure if old or fresh or growing!). Would like to check it out and fix if necessary, asap. Since noticing it, we have stopped usage of the bathtub altogether. Our house is about 6 or 7 years old.
Thanks!
I am an owner of a condo unit located in Brampton. I live in Calgary Alberta. My mother-in-law lives in the unit. We are interested in having the bathtub and the surrounding tiles replaced with a single piece bathtub unit (something like the Mirolin, Victoria 60 Inch 3 Piece Tub And Shower Whirlpool, Right Hand Drain).
I am not interested in a bathfitters approach.
Cost is very much a consideration.
If within budget, I would like to look at upgrading the current sink and small vanity at the same time.
Thank you for your response and honest approach.
Stephen
Remove old and install new tub
remove old & install new fixtures
ensure structure is sound, clean up any mold (minor at most)
install wall panels
remove old and install new sink.
That's all i can afford right now. My home is 30+ yrs old & more renovations (floors & basement reno)are required later this year (when i can refinance without penalty and have more time).
