We are urgent need to have 10 potlights installed in our basement as soon as possible.
The power source is already there we just want to change from flush mount lighting to pot lights. We will be putting in approximately 10 potlights and need it done within the next couple days.
We will supply the pot lights and we just need them to be installed.
Need the following items installed:
1. New porcelain backsplash - approximately 80 sq.ft (old tile has already been
removed). Will require smoothing/sanding and patching of some imperfections in wall
where old tile was removed.
2. a) New 900 CFM hood fan installed (Note: old fan has already been removed -
attached pics shows it still there)
b) New 8" exhaust pipe and hole cut into exterior for higher CFM fan (currently it is a
4" pipe and opening)
Please include all needed materials (i.e. cement, glue etc.) needed for jobs. I will supply the new hood fan and the tiles.
Looking to get a 8x8 area levelled for new hot tub to be installed. would like to know how much it would cost for this area to get levelled, filled with limestone gravel and have patio pavers (16 + 2 for steps) to be installed this month. The area has approximately 2 - 3 inch slope over 10 ft distance. Also, would not mind getting a quote for concrete slab to be poured in lieu of pavers.
Also, need electrical services to install new 220 line for service to hot tub.
We have four baseboard heaters that need installation (wiring only) for our home as the previous ones had stopped working. The new ones are purchased and on the wall, but I'd prefer an electrician complete them as the house is from the 70's and still contains aluminum wiring and some of the connections are bit out of my understanding. Please advise with free estimate first as there may be further issues I am not aware of with the wiring itself (worst case scenario). We have a limited budget being so close to Christmas.
Need to have new flooring and trim installed in the basement (approx. 300 sq. ft.).
Am looking for quotes on both tile and laminate (sub floor needed for laminate) installation.
We have removed the carpet already but were unable to get the wood around the edges of the floor out (nailed into the concrete), so this would need to be removed, and it seems as though the previous owners filled one of the drains with some type of putty, so this will also need to be addressed.
For the exhaust fan in the bathroom, we have decided it best not to attempt it ourselves. The one in there now does not work. We already have the new fan, just need the old one removed and the new one installed.

We just purchased an older home that does not have any bathroom fans and also does not have a kitchen fan. I believe there are no vents that lead outside from the bathroom nor from the kitchen, so this work will also be required.
As such, I am requesting some quotes to install 3 bathroom fans and 1 kitchen fan, as well as creating the vents that lead outside for these fans.
Thank you,
Vincent
I have a small bathroom 88 sqft. A need an electrician to wire it.
Bathhroom is gutted.
The job consists of adding 3 recepticals, one pot light, wire exhaust fan. A circuit might have to be added to panel.
I can run wire and put boxes in and you can hook it up or you can do it all.
We are looking to repair our basement bathroom after a small fire.

We're replacing our bathtub as part of a full bathroom reno and are looking for a licensed plumber to do that. We'll also need to work with you to prepare for a new vanity installation.
We would also like to run a gas line to the kitchen for a gas range.
If the work is good and price is reasonable there will be future work available for our basement reno.
Renovating our kitchen. We need support between sept 21 and sept 30th.
Hood Fan
1. kitchen hood fan installation (block existing hole, and create new exhaust hole). Our ceiling is 9 feet. Existing hole is 6.5 feet high, new hole should be about 7.5 feet high. I have put old and new photos here on Google Drive (new exhaust hole should be installed where measuring tapeclick here 3x A/C receptacles needed to be installed (I will provide the fixtures). Just need connection to existing line. We will connect only smaller items such as toaster and blender (we already have a separate connection for microwave and stove)
3. Rough wiring for under cabinet lighting so that it can be controlled by a light switch. I don't have the light bulbs yet and will do later. This is for connecting to an existing line.
Plumbing
4. We have a new sink and faucet. It needs to be connected to the water line. Drainage connection as well. The old sink was a 50-50 symmetrical sink, and the new sink is a 60-40 sink. Installation location is roughly the same as the old sink.
Hello,
I need a licensed and insured master electrician to upgrade my 125A breaker panel to 200A. This was requested by my insurance company.
I own a semi-detached home that was built in 2015. The breaker panel is located in the basement, with below ground mains supply. I live in North-West Brampton.
Please include electrical inspection, permit fees etc.
Thanks
Kenneth
I need to remove very old built-in electric oven and stove-top and finish the space to accept a gas range that I already have.
Steps would include:
1. Remove/discard existing built-in cooktop and oven;
2. Cap off existing 240v power in basement below;
3. Salvage existing cupboard doors/panels for re-use;
4. Finish area for new range;
5. Use salvaged doors/panels for new cupboard above;
6. Install 120 v outlet behind range and run power up for new range hood/vent;
7. Install range hood (I'll supply) and duct through attic and roof;
8. Install gas line and shutoff behind stove (main is directly below in basement).
The old built-in and new gas range are both 30" width and of the same depth and height, so the fit should be perfect.
I have a 20' ceiling in my family room. I have a ceiling fan, but can't install it. I need someone who has access to a 20 (or so) foot step ladder, and could install a ceiling fan. A support must also be installed into the attic for the electrical box. The box is there, the wiring is in place, but the box is unsupported.
The building is a condo that does not have overhead lighting in the bedrooms. Currently, an outlet was created on the wall very close to the ceiling. Attached to the outlet is a hanging light on a wire with metal rope hooks. I need that fixture removed and replaced with a ceiling mounted fixture. To do so, the electrician will have to run through the ceiling or find another way to hang the light according to code.
Need to Install a Chandelier in my Foyer (Open to Above, 17-18 foot ceiling) in East Brampton. The chandelier weighs approx 40lb, is 24" wide at the top and 72" high. Its a contemporary spiral chandelier which is to be mounted flush to the ceiling. There is currently an electrical fixture installed by the builder where I want to install the chandelier.
I have existing chandelier in my Dining room. All I want is to move this chandelier to the foyer and light fixture from foyer goes in the dining room. A very small job may be will take max 15 minutes. Can somebody tell me how much it will cost me? The foyer is about 18ft high.
My house is in Brampton.
Thanks,
GH.
