I want laminate flooring installed in my basement. The floor needs to be leveled and then flooring installed. Two rooms approx. 450 sq/ft. I need a quote for the installation of the laminate (what is the price per sq/ft) and looking for a flat rate for the leveling. Material will be provided so do not include it in your quote. I am looking for licensed and insured contractors.
The room is about 200 sq ft.
I would like laminate flooring including foam underlayer.
There is also a doorway about 6 feet wide that I would like fitted with a door (Perhaps sliding).
I'd like to avoid sub contractors if possible, as I've had bad experiences with them having poor communication with the main contractor.
Thanks.
Yamin

I am looking for an estimate for a small-medium bathroom renovation. It is our main bathroom. It is 64.5" width x 112" long. I have attached a pdf here for you to review. We also have a basement, where we need vinyl flooring installed. There is a small bedroom in the basement. It has laminate flooring. That will need to come out so that the whole basement has similar flooring. The total basement area is around 500 sq. ft.
Hi there! Wow do I love this site.
I currently have a painting project underway, also found via this site, and when it's complete, next comes the flooring.
The upper floor of my home has 2 large bedrooms and a small square hallway. Currently there is carpet there.
I want the carpet properly removed and disposed of.
Then I want the subfloor inspected, secured, and leveled if needed.
Lastly, a medium grade laminate would be laid in its place. I am told not to accept less than a 10mm thickness
As you will need to measure the square footage. I'm not sure what it is, but it's a bit under 1000 by my estimate
Thank you for your help, pros!!

I have an old wooden kitchen floor that has sloped 2.5 inches from one end to the other. The floor is 12ft by 15ft. I think the best solution would be to strap and shim on top of the existing floor and then lay a new subfloor.
Would like an accurate quote as job needs to be done as soon as possible.

Currently main floor has hardwood and tiling and the stairs are broadloomed. For this complete project we are looking at 700 sq ft and 11 stairs. Removal of broadloom/tiles and exsisting hardware will be done by ourselves prior to the project. Please advise of cost.

We have already purchased the material which is bamboo-horizontal wood, with wax paper. The approximate size is 610 feet, but the material we have bought is 640feet. We have trim molding as well, so I am not sure if that needs to be removed. We also need the old carpet to be removed. I am not sure if any additional materials will be required.

I need 450 sq ft of hardwood installed, including corner bead. The carpet has already been removed, and the space is ready for you to get started right away.
I need the hardwood to be picked up from my supplier as well, so keep this in mind when quoting. The supplier is Brampton Hardwood. So if you have a contractors discount, that will give you an edge.
Also, I need 125sq feet of ceramic tile laid. Again, you would have to pick this up from my supplier.
I'm located in Brampton. Thanks for looking.
I have a living room which is 400 sq feet in a 6 year old home, which I would like to put 3 1/4 inch hardwood. I would like an estimate on how much material and installation would cost. I am looking for installation of hardwood and 1/4 round.
please keep materials separate from services so I can budget more accurately.
Thanks.
