I need a chandelier installed in my main hallway. The ceiling is about 16ft tall, so please have a tall ladder.
This is a modern chandelier, and has a 2ft circumference. It has hooks where I hang the crystals from. So the actual piece you need to install is only about 10lbs (so you don't need to setup any scafolding).
The existing light fixture is slightly off centre, so i needs to be repositioned. This will require you covering up the old socket, and drilling a new hole into the ceiling and placing a new socket.
I need this done ASAP! If you can come tommorow i.e. Saturday July 18th, you move the front of the line and will get the job!
THANKS FOR READING THIS!

I was advised to vent the fan through the roof. I called a roofer and he was paid to do the job.
I subsequently called an electrician to install the fan and he was supposed to connect the fan.
However, after receiving payment, he then informed me that it was not possible as there were lots of wooden planks (joist)...I do not know if this is the correct word so please excuse my terminology.
I would like a certified contractor to complete the job as I would not allow anyone to cut through the wooden planks in order for my roof not to collapse.

Wanted to see if you can give me quote on the following work that needs to be done at in Brampton. There is no rush for this work, anytime this fall.
1. The steps in the front, the metal railing needs to be secured and anchored onto the concrete steps. Some of the screws there now are broken and the others are the wrong ones.
2. The side of the steps there is a red brick (see pic). The bricks are all broken, need to fill up the side with something that will last, maybe a cement parge, let me know your thoughts.
3. On the other side of the front step is a downspout going into the weeping tile. Need to cut it off and angle it toward the grass away from the house.
4. Inside the garage there is a hole in the ceiling about 1 foot in size, see pic. There used to be a dryer vent there. Need to stuff a rag or something inside the vent and put a piece of drywall to close the hole, tape and mud.
I can't seem to add the pics, so if you are interested I can email you the pics separately.

Hello:
I am looking for a handyman to do some odd jobs around my house. This includes changing ceiling light fixtures and handing curtain rods and pictures. There maybe a few more little tedious things of that nature as we go along. There is also a few minor plumbing issues like a leaking sink as well as a running toilet. Sounds pretty simple but hard to do when you don't have much help!
Please let me know if this aligns with your field of work!
Regards
Sonia

I need a quote to do this job
I recently had a dryer duct vent installed at my home. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the hole/duct that was installed was the WRONG SIZE for my application. I now have a 4" dryer vent/ducting running from my basement to the back of my house when it SHOULD be a 10" duct/piping.
What you will be doing is :
1) Widening that entry point from 4" to 10". THAT'S IT.
Once you widen that hole, I will take care of the rest. When you respond to this ad., please tell me HOW much you're going to charge (do NOT ask me to call you; I'm very busy). Just quote me the price.
***SERIOUS REPLIES ONLY.***
