I recently had a dryer duct vent installed at my home. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the hole/duct that was installed was the WRONG SIZE for my application. I now have a 4" dryer vent/ducting running from my basement to the back of my house when it SHOULD be a 10" duct/piping.
What you will be doing is :
1) Widening that entry point from 4" to 10". THAT'S IT.
Once you widen that hole, I will take care of the rest. When you respond to this ad., please tell me HOW much you're going to charge (do NOT ask me to call you; I'm very busy). Just quote me the price.
***SERIOUS REPLIES ONLY.***

We have recently installed hardwood flooring in our living room/dining room and bought new trim. The trim does not match up with the rest of the trim throughout the main floor, so we have just left it incomplete. We are not sure what to do next. A help from an expert would be great. It is a semi-detached house in Brampton. We are looking to have the trim possibly stained, cut and installed. We can help do some of the work, remove old trim if that will cut down the costs.
Main floor (laminent over hardwood) squeeks. WIll be removing laminent and installing ceramic tiles and want to stiffen up the floor. Basment has "drop down" ceiling. Want to have joists added to existing in order to eliminate squeeks, level floor and "beef" up the floor for the addition of ceramic floor (second part of project). Will only deal with someone who has done this type of work before. Must provide proof.
Hi,
Although I have no major renovations currently (possibly in future) I need some small maintenance work like faucet replacement, fixing of door locks and garage doors. Appreciate if you take up such jobs and if so how the charges would be.
Regards,
Joy
PS. I am planning to do the flooring for upstairs and also get a room built in the Basement which will be in August. May be you could check it out when you come for the estimate.
I am doing minor repairs to my home in order to put it up for sale. I have done what I can myself but there are a couple things that I am able to do. This is very short notice as I would like to have everything done within the next couple days but in total, all the work would take a couple hours.
The work that needs to be done is as follows:
1) repair and put up a bedroom door. The part of the door that the hinges drill into is damaged and need to be repaired. If that is not usable, there is another door that can be used but there is a hole that would need to be patched up.
2) on the porch fence, there is a part at the top that is severally chipped and needs to be repaired
3) I would like to have the porch and laundry room painted. The paint has already been bought.
Thank you.

Hi ,
I am looking for professional to remove my front entrance porch enclosure door with frame.
For details look into the picture. I want the professional to remove the fixture and dispose it. The professional has to do this work without damaging the wall or any other attached area. I am not looking to retain any of the removed item hence any damage during removal is fine.
Thanks,
Sairam.

Hello,
I recently bought a home and the closing is mid December, there is a mirrored wall we wanted to remove as soon as possible. I can send you pictures if you like, the measurement of the mirrored wall is 14.2ft (width) by 8 ft (height). Just wanted a quote of how much it would be to remove the mirrors.
Thanks.
Repair flashing on roof - coming away because downspout is aimed right at it - so, in process need downspout to perhaps be turned on a 45. Repair 1 panel of drywall below in garage that was damaged from the leak, as well as fix ceiling in garage as it is bowing.
Would really like this done ASAP by someone who is reliable.
I am aware this is a small unappealing job, but it needs to get done one way or the other.
My home is 6 years old and there are popping noises coming from the inside walls; the builder's expert said that under the walls need shims put in or the nails that are popping up cut so as to stop the noise when weight is applied.
Also on the ground floor there are quite a bit of movement when weight is applied; the bridging gaps need some more support. Are these repairs something that you will be able to repair?
If yes I would like you to come out and see for yourself and let me know the cost and when this would be able to be done.
Thanks
There are two areas in the front of our home that has holes that the builder neglected to finish. requires stucco finishing. also there is stains around two winters that is finished with stucco. the stains are visible we would like painting or washing if possible. we are selling our home and need these things done.

2)Fence Repair - Fence is warping. Would like to fix it so its straight and sturdy without replacing it. Finish staining it - I already have the stain.
Indoor:

I would like an estimate of labour and materials except the closet sliders.
I have a 5 level backsplit in a house about 30 years old. I wish to alter the front entrance way, it is very small and closed in. My idea is to alter the ajoining kitchen wall to either half a wall or to remove it totally and insert a railing. One light switch need to be moved as well. I won't need a paiting to be done as my husband is a painter, we just need help with the wall. I would like my electrical quote to be separated from the wall quote. The light switch that needs to get moved is on the inside of the kitchen wall, the wires run up towards the ceiling,
