I want to pave my driveway with Ashphalt. I think the existing one will be excavated because it is not in a good shape. It is a driveway of a semi detached house in Brampton. I am not sure about the square footage (area) but I can tell you that one can easily park three cars in a row.
The current driveway has asphalt and was made about 16 years ago. The company did an amazing job and I wish I had kept thier name. The only reason I started to have issue is as soon as the driveway was made, the city cut around the water connection that was in the drive way and with in years due to the water going under the asphalt it has buckled. The driveway is a double car driveway that can accommodate 4 cars. the driveway is about 17 feet by 40 feet. The walkway is 6 feet wide at the widest and 13 feet at the longest. I would prefer to use the same bricks for the driveway and possibly change the design.
I'm looking to widen my driveway to a maximum of 16ft from the builder's standard 10ft. (approx). I already have a permit from the City and have tried to get the Developer to widen my driveway, but they will not do it as they have to abide by their guidlines from the City apparently. Currently, there is no driveway laid down, but should be done shortly. I'm looking to have someone come in after and widen it for me, and possibly cut the curb (though it may not be required).
I am looking to expand my driveway (house located in Brampton), which needs to fit 3 cars to drive in. Currently we can fit 3 cars only if 2 are parked vertically (normally) and the 3rd is parked horizontally (sideways).
We have grass area on the right side of the house, which is the same side as the entrance and will require the driveway to be expanded slightly so that all 3 cars can be parked vertically. Let me know if you can help in this project.
I am considering adding a front porch to my home, and remove interlock bricks from driveway and pave, also, level along the side of the building and pave with a slope away from the building so that rain and melting snow runs away from the building.
My home is a detached raised bungalo, around thirty five years old located in Brampton.
We want to put in an asphalt driveway, French curbs and walkway to the front of the house, minimal landscaping in the front but will possibly include resoding the front. along the side of the garage flagstone needs to be removed and sod put in place. in the backyard, we wish to remove the existing flagstone patio and replace with a concrete slab that is 25' X 30'. there is a small patio stone area that needs to be relocated to the back of the yard.
I would like to have quotes on how much it will cost me to have my old driveway remove and replaced with a new asphalt (not recycled) with concrete gutter on the sides.
The approximate total area including extension and widening in some section are 685 sq. ft.
Thanks in advance.
