We're replacing our bathtub as part of a full bathroom reno and are looking for a licensed plumber to do that. We'll also need to work with you to prepare for a new vanity installation.
We would also like to run a gas line to the kitchen for a gas range.
If the work is good and price is reasonable there will be future work available for our basement reno.
Renovating our kitchen. We need support between sept 21 and sept 30th.
Hood Fan
1. kitchen hood fan installation (block existing hole, and create new exhaust hole). Our ceiling is 9 feet. Existing hole is 6.5 feet high, new hole should be about 7.5 feet high. I have put old and new photos here on Google Drive (new exhaust hole should be installed where measuring tapeclick here 3x A/C receptacles needed to be installed (I will provide the fixtures). Just need connection to existing line. We will connect only smaller items such as toaster and blender (we already have a separate connection for microwave and stove)
3. Rough wiring for under cabinet lighting so that it can be controlled by a light switch. I don't have the light bulbs yet and will do later. This is for connecting to an existing line.
Plumbing
4. We have a new sink and faucet. It needs to be connected to the water line. Drainage connection as well. The old sink was a 50-50 symmetrical sink, and the new sink is a 60-40 sink. Installation location is roughly the same as the old sink.
Double sink clogged. Removed pipe highlighted in red, ensured water free flowing. Pipes replaced within last 3 months. Water comes up through both drains and slowly drains eventually.
Drain in guest bathroom (same floor) beginning to slow as well.
Have attempted following: Drano, Liquid plumber, baking soda/vinager, salt/boiling water.
Had plumber in for assessment. Plumber advised clog is in pipes behind wall-asked if he could unclog without trashing wall-replied yes. Fee? $500. Gouge-not happening.
If you attend to my home, please ensure you have correct PPE.
Thank you and let's all be safe
I have a water leak in the basement, it is only the hot water tap but it will not turn off so I have to be shutting off the water from the heater tank to stop the leak when hot water is not needed in the house, I tried to turn it of with a wrench but just striped the threading instead. I need an estimate for repair
I recently purchased a house that did not have a dishwasher or any under-counter space for a built-in dishwasher. I have now purchased a portable dishwasher and I need to have a plumber convert the pipes and connect the dishwasher to the plumbing (i.e. so it now acts like a built-in in terms of the plumbing). I have tried calling a couple plumbing companies and appliances repair companies and they seem reluctant to do it. I know it can be done because it was done to a portable dishwasher I was using at my old place (the guy who did it is no longer around).
Issues:
1. I don't want to use the dishwasher connected to my tap. I know this is how a portable dishwasher is normally used, but I want it converted to the main plumbing.
2. I don't want to rip out the counter/cupboards and put in new ones to simply accomodate a built-in dishwasher. The kitchen is new and I have no interest in destroying it in that way.
3. I need you to do everything necessary: i.e. drill a hole through the side of the cupboard if necessary, convert the pipes on the dishwasher, and actually connect it to the plumbing. Please do not bid if you cannot do it all. I don't want to hire three different guys - one to drill a hole in a cupboard, one to convert the dishwasher, and one to connect it to the plumbing.
Your assistance with this project would be most appreciated. I'm hoping to get this done ASAP.
Old Clay drain is shifted and damaged and needs to be replaced.
We have cedar trees near the city shut off which need to be protected.
We have a finished basement which requires a careful excavation so as not to demo any more than needs to.
We want a Back Flow Valve installed.
Home must be meticulously prepped to keep it clean and limit dust/dirt travel.

I need a gas stove connected - the gas line is already there. I also need the gas line cut and capped-off for an old pool heater outside. Simply cut the line at the meter and cap it, we can take out the heater and pipe leading to it. Please contact me via email with an estimate or further questions.
I am in the PLANNING STAGE (not ready to proceed just yet) of having a second laundry tub installed in my basement. I already have one in the basement that was installed when the house was made.
Recently we put a wall up dividing our basement, and I want to have a second laundry tub installed on the other side. I would provide both the laundry tub and the faucet.
You would install whatever necessary plumbing/pipework would be needed to accomplish the end result.
If you need to come out and visit the site to give an accurate quote, IT MUST BE A FREE QUOTE.
Lowest quote takes the cake.
I have a laundry tub that I would like installed with a Rainfresh water filter, in my basement. I am providing the :
- Laundry Tub
- Faucet
- Rainfresh Water Filter
You must provide the ABS piping (I'm guessing that's what's used for this type of job), and of course the labour. I have included some pictures of the job.
I have a laundry tub that I want to have installed in my basement.
I have the tub & the faucet fixture. You must provide the PVC piping for underneath the tub, and I'm guessing you'll need to dig up some of the concrete flooring to bury the pipe(s).
Money is tight, so whoever can do this for the cheapest amount gets the contract. If you need to come out and take a look at the job to give me an estimate IT MUST BE A FREE QUOTE.
I would like an experienced plumber to install a water filtration system that I bought. The system is new and out of the box and should contain all the parts needed. I hole will need to be drilled into the stainless steal sink we have to install the faucet. I want to make sure everything is install properly and that I won't need to worry about any leaks. Please provide me a quote for the work needed.
Thank you.
I am having kitchen and bathroom countertops replaced along with new sink and faucets. The project calls for a plumber to first remove the existing sink and faucet and then install the new sink and faucets after the new kitchen countertops have been installed by the contractor.
So in total there are two sinks and faucets in kitchen and two sinks and faucets are to be installed in bathroom.
Could you please provide your quotation for this job.
I am in the process of building an apartment. I would like to hire a plumber to install the rough ins for one 3 piece bathroom dimensions are 5 x 6 feet. I also need to have a rough in done for a kitchen dimensions are 5 x 7.2 feet

On the ground floor of my house (2 stories + basement) we've noticed water stains on the ceiling.
The water is collecting around a potlight and is staining the popcorn ceiling a yellowish colour.
We need a plumber to come out and fix the leak...ideally, the plumber can also restore the drywall so that it looks like nothing ever happened.
My toilets water supply line is leaking.
At first, the toilet bowl was constantly running slowly after a flush, so the bowl would fill up with water but the water didn't stop, yet at the same time it never over flowed. So basically the toilet was just wasting water.
I purchased one of those toilet repair kits, so the fill valve, overflow tube, fill tube, flapper and flush valve have been replaced but now there's a leak from the top of the water supply line (connecting to the toilet). I even replaced the water supply line with a new 12" stainless steel line but I just can't stop the leak and it's screwed on very tight!
This job pays a FLAT RATE OF $100 (FIRM) considering I've installed all the hardware, so any parts you use should be nominal.
The following tasks need to be done:
1. Outdoor Faucet - Change Valve inside (leaks into drywall). Add access panel backing.
2. Outdoor Faucet - Frost proof
3. Powder Room - Vanity, change drain pipes, add venting to pipe (plumbing code).
4. Powder Room - Change Toilet (rounded, once piece
5. Powder Room - Change Valve to garage)
6. Garage - Change faucet - frost proof.
7. Add insulation to water pipes to washer.
We are planning and budgeting at the moment and would like to complete these before the end of September.

We are just waiting for permits for our new home. Our current home, had a major fire a year ago in November and we are going to be demolishing the old house and installing a new modular home. The hookups to the city services will need to be done along with the water lines for the fridge and dishwasher. We will also be installing a hot tub in the basement and it will eventually need to be plumbed as well. We would appreciate a call back and arrange to give us a quote for the work.
