Remove existing asphalt, repair or rebuild stone bed, repave with asphalt, install decorative driveway curbs. Double car width, slightly more than single car length, with considerable slope, so traction is important. Will consider built-in heater coils for winter ice and snow melt.
I need a contract whom can quote me on a unfinished flagstone project that was done on my property months ago.
I need a professional contractor who can finish what was started a reasonable cost
I also need my stairs resurfaced with top coating of concrete, which the previous contractor did but is now cracking
Located in brampton (410/Bovaird), need project fixed ASAP
I have my basement door done but leveled with the floor outside. Though the door open properly but I need a professional finishing to the gravel around the door where some interlocking stones that were removed cannot be replaced due to the door and ground level.
Reasonable quote and neat job is expected.
The driveway has about 200 sq feet of interlocking left to do, all the prep work has been done, just need to lay down the stones. I already have the stones.
The deck- old deck needs to be removed, except for the joists, and a new composite deck to be layed down. You will have to remove the floor boards, railings, spindles, and put the composite boards down( they are cliped together). The square footage of the deck is L-194.5", W-87" = 118 sq feet. I will purchase all the materials.
I need a new front step(s). I currently have two concrete steps to the front door. Children need to stand on the upper step to reach the handle but step down to open the door. Need a large platform and then a step up to that. Interlocking concrete, stone, whatever is most economical. Photo of the current front door attached and sketch of possible solutions.
hi, I'd like to make a walkway from my front stairs up to the sidewalk adjacent to the driveway. Concrete or interlock is both fine, preferably something quick, easy, and cheap. Selling the house so would like to make the front look a bit better. A rough estimate beforehand would be great.
I have 600 square feet of Trevista 50 and 68 pieces of coping that needs to be installed with our upcoming pool next month. We have everything for the install being delivered ( already paid for) just need a quote for install only of coping around our pool and 600 feet of Trevista installed around it
Interlock installer for small job
I recently had a big interlock project done at my home, the original contractor missed a few details that I now need to fix, cutting a few stones to put into areas where there are gaps, remove and replacing cracked interlock stones. Not a big job at all.
Also looking at perhaps Sand and seal.
Stone used: Brampton brick Oaks.
This job should take less than one days worth of work.
Located in Brampton.
We have a 20' x 5' front pathway with cement slabs that we want changed to interlocking. We also would like a small flower bed wall built adjacent to it. The front path requires two steps. We do have the steps. Also would like to have someone dig out a garden wall in our back yard at the same time. To access our backyard, you would need to drive the machine down hill which is possible with a small digging machine as we had this done when our fence posts were installed.
Would like this done as soon as possible please.
Would like to get Patio done with some interlocking as well as a small walk path at the front of the house in total looking at 500sqft.
Patio 16x24sqft (384)
Remainder would be front pathway.
2 steps in patio
2 steps in front
Stone would be by Best way stone Trivista 50 Beige mix with grey border.
We need our pool to have the coping (pool edge) done in stone. We had our backyard re-graded and layed all new surrounding stone 2 summers ago, with a new liner installed last summer. Cement was pored around the pool to attach the stone coping, but we did not have the money at the time to complete this part of the project. The pool is 16x32 rectangle. The top of the stone is flush with the steel pool wall. The new coping stones need to be flush with the already layed stones. We would love to have this done ASAP as we'd like full use of it this summer.
