We need a concrete pad for the side of our house which has to maintain the 'slant' to the drainage ditch (maybe a weeping tile beneath?) that goes from the garage to the backyard. There is an 'inset' after the garage so the pad is not uniform in width along the length of the house. (Our neighbour may be interested in doing the same thing.)
After the pad reaches the backyard, we need a walkway to the area where our deck is to be located.
We would like to pour a concrete patio for our back yard walk out, possibly stamped. It's approximately 10' x 20'.
Possibility for additional work on a fence and privacy screen for the deck. Our yard is 18'x21' and the privacy screens would be about 8'w x 8-10' in height.
Good morning,
I am looking for a quote on repairing our concrete floor in our warehouse. We have a long grooved area that needs filling in. The groove is basically in a large square and totals 246.29 feet in length (2 inches wide).
As well, there is a small crack in our concrete side walk by our front entrance, that we would like to have looked at as well.
We are located in the Oak Park/403 area of Brantford.
As covid 19 guidelines must be followed, any visitor that comes into our facility, must be approved first by our senior management team.
Thank you!
Existing garage floor is cracked and has heaved.
Project is to remove old concrete and repour the floor. The dimensions are 25' L x 19.5' W.
I would like to see 2 prices/estimates: 1 for the complete job and a second with me removing the old concrete.
I am in the east Brantford/Lynden area.
Get clearance from utilities (Note) Gas line running underground parallel to wall is dormant. Meter was moved to backyard. Line now runs under front yard through side yard on east side of house.
Home is 40 years old. Garage floor is asphalt. approx. 2".
No footings for existing walls. Garage was built using 10" sono tubes and spaced every 6'.
Tear out existing asphalt and remove.
Calulate existing stone requirements and order stone.
Prepare base and subgrade (add subgrade stone), grade and compact base.
Order Concrete once contractor has checked calculations...
Install forms. ( rebar reinforced footings are probably needed for 4" slab.)
Pour footings...
Apply poly on subgrade layer.
Pour Concrete, finish with smooth trowel finish.
Next day add control joints.
Frame in opening for 16' garage door, enclose with siding.
30 x 18 Concrete floor = 6.67 cu yds concrete
7.34 cu yds of 4000 psi concrete allowing for 10% extra..
Looking for someone to assemble and install an in ground Basketball Hoop at our house inclick here tire charges $540 for this as it take few days in between for the concrete to cure and have to come back for the install so looking for something little more affordable.
Looking for someone to pour a concrete floor in the interior office (reception room) of kennel building. 3 areas joined together: 1 hallway 10 ft 6 in X 4 ft, main reception area 12 X 12 ft and the third hallway 11 ft X 4 ft.
Would prefer stamped or patterned concrete but would also look at stained. Existing cement floor in good shape (no cracks), we have removed the ceramic tile and grout. Looking to have it done as soon as possible.

Looking for new concrete walkway and front porch. I tried to fix the porch with a trowel on finish but it didn't turn out that well so looking to replace or refinish with some type of concrete finish also moving the sidewalk away from the foundation walkway will be from 50 -60 feet long and 3 feet wide. Looking for approximate cost for stamped or exposed aggragate.
I have a walkway that runs along the north side of my place, near the BG&CC that needs some help:-) It runs from the drive way to a garden shed behind the house. It is presently in flagstones and I would like to look at a concrete or stamped concrete replacement.
We are in Arizona for the next month so not able to be there with you to look at the project. It is self evident.
There is a smaller project on the south side of the house off the back door behind the garage. It is also flagstone and needs replacement.
Pease email/call to discuss further and let me know when you are going over to look at this and we can connect by phone while you are there.
Thanks
John
