Near 100 year old home. Front porch is sagging in middle about 6-10 inches. I would like all old materails removed and new front porch built. The porch is about 20-25 feet wide and about 5-6ft deep.
There is only one support beam in the middle and it has been completely chewed away by carpenter ants.
I am looking to have this job done asap before the porch collapses and takes the front side of my house with it.
Replace existing wood fence (50 feet) and add gate. Style to match neighbors fence. Photos attached. If possible, quote separate cost to stain fence to match neighbors.
Replace existing wood balcony deck and railing with composite boards and glass railings.
Deck size 81" x 141".
Break out cost for fencing and balcony. Acceptable if only do fence portion of job.
Looking at having some renovations done. Would like french doors put in where a window is in the kitchen, a deck made or extended and possibly opening up the attic space. Would like the bathroom moved to the room next to the current bathroom and a laundry room where the bathroom currently is. Looking for quotes.
