We have a two story fully detached house built in 1895 and renovated in the 1950's we have some sort of rope type fabric covered wiring that we are cautious of and would like to rremove. We believe it runs through the whole house, 7 rooms plus stairs and one hallway, not sure on the amount of outlets, the square footage of the house is 21'7 x 28'5 main floor and 16'3 x 28'7 upstairs that includes all areas. the room sizes are:
Main floor :
Living room 18'9 x 12'
Den 18'9 x 7'10
Kitchen 9'8 x 18'8
Bathroom 9'8 x 5'
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 - 15'4 x 6'2
Bedroom 2- 16'3 x 10
Bedroom 3 - 12' 10 x 9'2
We are hoping to do so without having to damage too many walls, in our living room, den, stairs and hallway we have panelled walls. two rooms upstairs will have no drywall or other material hopefully.

I am in Brant county
I have to have a stove vent installed and vented through an exterior wall. (This is in Brantford)
The electricity is in. I have the vent but not the thru the wall/outside vent. So I would need you to vent the wall to the exterior, complete with flange and vent. ...and mount the vent in the kitchen. Do you do this kind of work?
Just bought this house and the electrical panel looks newer but electrical installation looks DIY over the years. Would like a professional to check circuits/ fix or recommend a an upgrade. Maybe 125 Amp as I would like to finish the basement and there is no room on the panel.
Presently 100 Amp service 32 space Federal Pioneer Stablok breakers. House built in the 1970's has a Hot Tub
