Super/maintenance fellow at my apt. building here has done it a couple of dozen times and now am willing to pay to have it done proper. Need a better sink drain (they got some plastic that leaks always got to tighten it)(or inexpensive replacement sink!)(also seal around the sink and faucets) plus all the pipes up to the wall replacing the cheap stuff they bought which all leaks. How much for a good snaking too while your here...or just the first issue for now.
Recently moved to Brantford, and are looking to add a natural gas line for our BBQ. I had this previously installed at our last home and the cost was more than the BBQ. This time I would like to research the options before purchasing the BBQ.
We will need to replace our furnace in the near future as well
Our home is a raised bungalow with the furnace room located at the back left corner of the house. We would like the gas line to be located near the deck on the back right side of the house.
Thanks in advance for your replies, have a great night!
Krista
We are in need of getting 3 toilets and 1 urinal replaced. We were wanting to go tankless but are not sure if our existing pipes would accomodate it, so we are looking for someone to tell us if we can go tankless and if so quote us a price. And if not we still need these replaced so we need a quote for just replacing these items. We are buying the items we just need them installed.
We recently took possesion of our home in Brantford, ON. The home is 22years old and a raised bungalow with 1 bathroom and 1 rough in.
In the main bathroom the previous home owners did DIY renos. Mostly done ok but, the main shower faucet is not set into the wall properly. The back plate is not flush with the tile therefore there is no caulking. To the right of the tub is open shelves for the linen area. I do believe you will be able to access the pipes from this side to see the problem. I would like this done ASAP as I am concerned about water leaking behind the plate and causing damage.
Any estimates are appreciated, Mon & Tues work best to come by to look at the situation.
Thanks, in advance!

100 year old house with original galvanized plumbing that I am looking to replace. May need to run it from source to the second floor. Predominant waste line material is cast iron. Looking to remove and replace.
Main floor toilet drains very slow, could be as a result of the above, or the toilet. Looking to fix that issue as well. Looking for estimates and quotes this Saturday at 1pm. I take possesion May 1st, but have an inspection window then.
Hi there,
Our bathroom shower faucet has recently started to have a continuous leak even when we have shut the water off with the faucet handle. We have taken the cartridge out in hopes we could just replace that but unfortunately the part is obsolete so we believe we would need someone to come in and put a hole new valve/unit in the shower.
Is this something you do? Please let me know asap as we would like to get replaced right away.
Thank you
Upgrade existing 5/8" water line to 1" into property in Brantford (and backfill any excavation in front yard)
The property is going to be converted to legal duplex (adding basement apartment). The City of Brantford has requested that the water service be upgraded on the main building permit that has been issued.
Bring new 1" line into the property where existing water meter is located. Our intention is to add a second residential water meter for the new basement apartment.
See attached photo showing the front of the property. The existing water meter is located approximately beneath the front door at the basement level. You can see in the photo that the front yard is not very deep.
