Hello,
I am a Board Member. The complex comprises 4 separate buildings containing 7 units each for a total of 28 units.
We are requesting a quote for replacement of the backyard enclosure fencing.
Please provide a quote based on the following information as soon as possible. We are having a General Board Meeting next Tuesday and would appreciate receiving a quote prior to that if possible.
The total running feet equals 776 feet.
Posts 4 x 4
Board Style 6 ft good neighbor style
No lattice
Frame style 2 x 4
Wood type Sienna
Please also quote on tear down and removal of existing fence, posts, concrete etc separately.
Please also quote on optional gates - there are currently no gates but some of the owners have expressed an interest so please quote this separately.
We have two 7 units buildings and one 6 unit building and one 8 unit building for a total of 28 units.
Our neighbours recently demolished the fence in our backyard and replaced half of it. There is a 10-15 foot section that is attached to our deck. We are looking to have the old fence portion taken down and 3 fence posts installed. And if possible a separate quote for installing the rest of the 15 feet of fencing to line up with the new existing.
We are looking for estimates for 40 feet of wood privacy fencing (6ft) with likely 5 posts (to be determined on visit to the site). The home is a freehold condo and has an open yard, there is existing fence, we require an extension on either side and closed at the end.
The existing fencing has the planks close together and the lattice on top.
I'm looking to obtain quotes to install a 50ft in length, with a 42 or 48 inch gate, 4ft high black aluminium fence down one side of an inground pool.
There is an existing 4 1/2 foot chain link fence already in place. I will remove this fence myself, except for 2 of the posts (where the gate is), which will need to be removed. These 2 posts are located in my interlocking stone patio, so when removing them and putting in the new posts, the interlocking stone patio will need to be restored to the same condition as before.
I am not looking for a fancy black aluminium fence, just something that will have a warranty of 20+yrs and meet pool code requirements in Burlington. The other 3 sides of the pool are either fenced by my existing property fence or my house.
I look forward to receiving your quotes.
I require approximately 126' of new fence at the side of my house in Burlington to contain two dogs.
Fix up or replace existing 20' of fence to match new fence.
The ground is flat and there are no obstructions.
Minimum 6'
fully private
difficult to climb
double gate
Required as soon as possible.

I would like a driveway gate on a single lane driveway. The gate can be wood (new england style). We would like a matching fence about 160 feet across at about 4 or 5 feet high. We would like decorative post in wood every 8 to 10 feet. The gate needs to be electronic with intercom or camera and a key pad entry. can you give me a ball park figure of what something like that would cost?
Opening across the driveway is 11'. One side has a fence with a 4x4" corner post. The other side is the house, brick wall. The gates should be a 50/50 split. I think the corner post on the fence either needs to get replaced by a 6x6" or a new post needs to be put in next to it. I'm not sure how to mount the gate to the house side but it has to be extremely sturdy. The gates should be solid faced so they provide privacy, and even with the top of the fence (use 6' boards). My budget is around $1000. Got one quote for $1400 already which is too high for 2 gates and a couple posts (based on my budget). Guelph Line in Burlington by 403.
Thank you.
I have an 8'x12' wooden shed that I intend to replace with a new 8'x10' vinyl shed. Existing fence ends at a corner (SW) of the shed and gate opens from corner of house (NE) in to side of shed. I would like to extend the fence the former length and width of the shed; a new gate, possibly double wide; and a small platform deck to replace pavers and extra space left due to smaller shed.
We are a row of 4 condo units facing Brant street in Burlington looking to replace the existing brick wall with possibly wrought iron and landscaping and/or wrought iron with brick pillars and landscaping and/or some brick and some iron. We are looking to begin and complete in the spring of 2012 and need quotes asap. Many thanks, Monique
We require 20 feet of fence, with a gate to be put up from our garage to the side of our porch (see pictures attached) to give us more privacy. We are unsure of the height or type of fence we would require, so we would be looking for design ideas as well.
We are the property owners and would need the work to be done between July 8th and August 5th 2017.
Thanks.
I need to build a fence gate between the last post of the fence and the wall of the house in my backyard. The distance between the post and the wall is 72 inches. It would require a custom double door or a 3 feet standard gate with a post around the middle section and complete the rest with a small fence section. I would like to hear some quotes and ideas.
Thanks,
Raul

I represent three home owners in Burlington's Headon Forest looking to have our current 30 yo PT fence removed (4x4 posts) and a new brown PT fence installed. (6x6 posts)
Approximately 400 linear feet.
Home owners open to performing some work
Please reply email or phone
My fence is in desperate need of replacement, I fear it will come down into my pool upon the next storm. It's 43 feet of fence between freehold townhomes, I want the first 3 sections to be 8 feet high for privacy, no lattice and 6 inch post on the first 2 section from the home as this area gets high winds. No gate. Must be able to remove and dispose of old fence. Brown pressure treated please.
After the last storm an 8ft section of my fence is in need of reinforcement. I also likely need a new post. Can someone come out and provide an estimate?
Secondly, I removed some shrubs from my patio. I now need to cover these small areas with patio sones approx 6 or so 30x24 stones. Would like to do at same time as fence as I have a townhouse and it will allow for easier access to my yard.
Need estimate for both either separate or preferably together.
Due to the windstorm that occurred, half of my fence in the backyard has come down. So i need someone to come check it out and let me know the cost of tearing the rest down, and rebuilding! Looking for a few estimates, because it is coming out of my pocket. So i need great craftsmanship at a reasonable price!
Yard is about 50 feet across. Only need back fence done. Want about 25 boards put up along with closed trellis (smallest holes showing).
There is already a fence there but no boards - it is all trellis and falling down.
Would just need boards boought, cut and nailed. Possibly a couple of more 2 x 4 to support fence.
What idea would cost be for wood, nails, and trellis?
What would be approx. cost of the contractor to do this?
Thank you.
Remove approx 70 feet of wooden fencing and posts, install new post holes and full 6 foot fencing in wood.
please email a quote and materials to be used, pressure treated wood. Estimate fine and if seems reasonable will have you come out to do a firm quote. You must dispose of old fencing too, also please include how many days to complete from start to finish and how many workers will be doing the job.
Cheers!
Karen
Need normal 3 side fencing. approximate measurement is: 6' high, length is 2x25' sides, one side is about 35'. maybe neighbours may also pitch in if the rates are low. Then 2x25' more is required.
Quality work. Normal, nothing fancy. Burlington area (Dundas & Appleby line)
Experienced contractors only. Quick jobs only.
We are looking to have a detached 2 car garage, 1 single garage door the length of the building with vinyl sidings and roof shingles, side door entrance and double windows. Looking to have a quote on unfinished/ finished inside.
Currently we only have one 4 piece washroom in the house so we are also looking to add a small 3 piece bathroom in the utility room beside the basement. The space here is tight with the washer and dryer plus the furnace and water heater.
And lastly, we are looking to have our chain link fence replaced with wood fence. The length is approximately 100’x63’x100’.
Please contact me here with the rough estimate (i know there is a lot that goes in the estimation) and lets go from there.
Thank you.
