I require a contractor to install baseboards, trim, and new interior doors on the main floor of a bungalow in Galt, ON. The house itself is 950 square feet, 1970s era all original baseboards and trim. The wood finish is quite beaten up after all these years. We are looking for new baseboards, trim, and doors in white to match the existing white crown molding in the living room.
I am looking to replace or retread stairs leading from the main floor of my bungalow to my finished basement. In total there are 11 steps (not including the top floor and landing step). They are from prior to the basement being finished so risers are particle board, and the treads are just treated 2x8s or 2x10s. Additionally, there is a 2x2 (I believe) attachet to the tip of each star attached by screws. They are slightly wobbly, due to wear over the years. I am very open to the style and materials which may be left over from another job or that you can find at discount. It is a tight space leading to a support pillar so they may or may not require a bend. The laundry machines are located under the stairs so there's some but limited space to change the steepness I have taken pictures which I've attached. If you don't see the attachments or would like to see from another angle please don't hesitate to ask.
I want a finished roof to cover my back yard patio. it's approximately 12 ft by 20 ft. It would be attached on two sides to the house and sloping with roof line. I want it shingled. I want the ceiling left sloped (cathedral style?) and finished possibly with wide tongue and groove pine.

We have damage to one partial side of our house, the wood near our foundation has rotted.
Our house has a crawl space and the damage can be seen from outside the house (under the vinyl siding) and in the crawl space.
We are looking for someone to come to view the house and give us an estimate.
We have three posts on our porch that are rotten where they meet concrete. Looking to have them replaced with 6x6 posts. There is an existing railing that also needs replacing but we are comfortable doing that ourselves if budget is an issue.
Prefferred budget is $1500 or less. Max of $2000.
Post holding up overhang on front porch is inconveniently placed and old. Would like it replaced with something more ascetic and moved. May need to repair or replace soffit where post currently supports porch. Would also like two new replacement decorative shutters for main floor front window. Old ones have torn off from wind damage and were thrown out.
Hello
We have original oak staircase in a light brown stain that was installed when building our home about 17 years ago. We would like to change the look of the stairs to something more modern and in a dark finish. I am open to ideas and suggestions as i am looking for something that has the 'wow" factor as the staircase is the focal point upon entering our home. Please contact me if this is something that you can do.
Thanks

Hello,
We are moving into a new home (take possession on July 8th). There are a few different type projects, and I'm not sure who to contact: I apologize in advance for all the very unspecific info. Some of these are inspired by the inspector and others are just my requests. I fully understand that seeing the home will help with the quote.
Need a handrail to the basement (photo attached)
Need an approximate 2' to 3' "bump" out from the laundry room (probably best to see the area in person)
Creative and professional solution to a kitchen island. Not much floor space but thinking a hidden island style, like a murphy bed (probably best to see the area in person)
Two new electrical panels (one is fuses (in garage) and the other is almost at limit (in basemen)) (See 2 photos attached)
Small crack repair in the foundation, behind parging (see photo attached)
Couple of roof tiles for around vent (see photo attached)
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Approx. a 10 foot wide, 2 .5 foot tall and 2 foot deep bench to be installed in front of window. This bench will serve as a functional space to sit and work so it needs to be strong. The vents and a plug that are located there and will have to come to the face of the bench to warm and cool the room. The front face is to have storage and the sides of the bench to have boxed shelving that run from floor to ceiling. We want white shaker style materials for finishes.
