Hi i am looking to get a concrete pathway or a different solution to build a pathway for access to my basement. The basement is a walkout so the pathway would need to match the slope towards the backyard.
There are already steps on top of gravel leading to the backyard. I am looking for all year round solution. The current steps are a safety hazard in the winters. Please see attached pictures
Approximately 14' x 11' concrete patio requested.
From pictures-I will remove the patio stone, posts, etc. to the dirt. We would like it to go as close to the other patio, shed and fence as possible. It will also come a couple inches into the lawn to match the existing pation. Looking for basic cement patio laid, no frills.
I'm looking for advice and quotations to pour two concrete slabs for an existing (potentially being rebuilt from scratch or modified existing) garage that is approx. 12' wide by 18' long, and 12' wide by 12' long.
The existing garage is on 12'x18' which I would like to extend longer onto the second slab which is 3-4' lower making it a split-level construct. I do not currently intend to use this garage for parking vehicles, just for light duty as a workshop/storage area.
Right now my driveway is asphalt and every year or so, I have a "top" put on it. It looks awful. I am looking for ideas to improve it and one suggestion was to go cement.
Looking for a quote. They asked me to put a "budget" on this form. As I have NO idea I simply clicked on the first number which is $100 - 500 which we all know is way out of line.
The driveway is 55 x 23 so 1265 square feet. Someone suggested asphalt stamping?

I have a raised bungalow with a ground level driveway and 8 cement steps rising from it to a landing. Make a 180 degree turn at the landing and up 3 more cement steps to the front door stoop. I want to have the old cement steps, landing and 3 final cement steps removed and replaced with new cement.
The steps from the driveway are 5.5 ft wide, the landing is 9 ft long by 5.5 ft wide (angled at the turn), the turn is 7 feet long by 2.5 wide, and the upper 3 steps are 4 feet wide. The rise on each of the steps is 7 inches and the run is 13 inches.
The stoop is surrounded by a black wrought-iron railing, and there was a matching railing on the 8 steps rising up from the driveway, but it has been removed (rotted out). I'd like a new railing in its place. In addition, the railing from the landing up the final 3 steps to the stoop will have to be replaced.
The house was built in 1962, and the cement work is probably that old. The landing and the turn is adjacent to a sidewalk the goes across the front of the house and along the side of the house to a side door. I am not inclined to replace all that cement walkway now, but may if the price is right. The sidewalk is 2 feet wide, by 9 feet across the front and sixteen feet along the side of the house to the side entrance
Hello
We have plans in for a driveway extension for about 4-6ft to the right of our current driveway. This project needs a retaining wall that has 4ft footings and would need some concrete stairs at the back to give us access to the back yard. Id like it to be slightly sloped away from the house for water drainage but otherwise just looking to make it functional and with a quick turn around time.
Please give me a call if you know about working with concrete and we can set up a time for you to give me a quote.
Thanks
Stuart

Concrete decking around inground pool was never supported properly and is now moving sideways. Original installer was called back several times and did attempt to put concrete blocks underneath to hold back the aggregate underneath the concrete but they are also slipping sideways. This is pushing the fence over. Probably need new conrete, fence, deck. I would think we also need a retaining wall.
Thanks.
We are considering a 16 x 20 stamped concrete patio in our back yard, the yard is accessible on both sides, one by a standard gate the other side has a 4'10" gate that can easily be removed.
The material would have to be removed by wheelbarrow so as not to damage our neighbors property.
I can supply pictures if requested.
