Hello,
We need someone to look at our electric panel and our outlets on our main floor. None of the outlets in our living room, dining room, foyer and half our kitchen are working. One of the outlets was sparking, so my husband unplugged the things that were plugged in there, but then everything went out.
We would like an estimate for the repair as well as an estimate to upgrade our electric panel. Our panel is currently fuses.

I need an electric box installed in my garage for garage door opener. I also need the 2 outside outlets replaced as they are cracked. 1 at back patio and 1 inside garage. I also need my dining room switch replaced (dimmer) as I don't like the sound of it as it may be sparking.and a nut below kitchen needs adjusted as it is stopping the glass from remaining in place. (under cabinet lighting).
Thank you

Hello,
We are moving into a new home (take possession on July 8th). There are a few different type projects, and I'm not sure who to contact: I apologize in advance for all the very unspecific info. Some of these are inspired by the inspector and others are just my requests. I fully understand that seeing the home will help with the quote.
Need a handrail to the basement (photo attached)
Need an approximate 2' to 3' "bump" out from the laundry room (probably best to see the area in person)
Creative and professional solution to a kitchen island. Not much floor space but thinking a hidden island style, like a murphy bed (probably best to see the area in person)
Two new electrical panels (one is fuses (in garage) and the other is almost at limit (in basemen)) (See 2 photos attached)
Small crack repair in the foundation, behind parging (see photo attached)
Couple of roof tiles for around vent (see photo attached)
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hey There,
Just wondering if you could let me know an approximate cost of installing 3 wall sconces in a living room that has no overhead lighting. The light switches on the wall currently power the outlets scattered throughout the room. We would love to have potlights but since the cielings are plaster we are thinking that would be out of the question.
I would love to have someone come and give me a quote of the job.
Thanks,
Sincerely,
mike and jenn
