We are looking for a flooring installation that would include flattening the kitchen floor (currently uneven), removal of hardwood in the foyer and tile in the bathroom. Baseboard trim would need to be removed and re-installed. Torlys cork flooring has been purchased, and would need to be installed in the foyer, kitchen and bathroom. I am looking to remove carpet from a living room, stairs, landing and three bedrooms and have the hardwood restored or replaced if required. The home is about 80-100 years old. Some floors have already been restored and are in decent condition.
For materials I would prefer real hardwood if restoration of floors can't be done but would be willing to go to engineered product if worked with the older home. I would want a darker stain for the floors and there is droped floor that has three stairs around a corner to be done so some specialized stair cutting would be required. Also there is already and dark engineered hardwood on the drop floor and kitchen would like to find as close a possible match to that but maybe a better quality.

In the other areas of the house, the carpet has already been ripped up, so the natural flooring is already showing. We would like to cover this area with laminate hardwood also.
Max 1150 sq ft.

Hello,
I am looking for quotes on installing laminate stairs treads and risers.I have already purchased the material for them, here is a link to theclick here Also looking to get my stairs newel posts & spindles updated to match the new flooring.
We just bought a house that was built in 1991. There is a stair case in the centre of the main floor that leads upstairs and both sides are loose, however the right side is much looser than the left side. We would like to get these tightened and a quote for replacing the flooring on our main floor to laminate. Right now there is an old cheap laminate on about half of the flooring, old cheap vinyl in the kitchen and some new carpet in the living and dining room. The home is 3600 sqft.
I have purchased 761 squared feet (Includes 10% overage) of bamboo hardwood flooring to be installed in 4 bedrooms and the hallway in the upper floor of my house.
I am looking at getting pricing for installation only. I will move everything out of all the rooms, remove the existing flooring to the subfloor, remove the trim and anything else that is required to be removed for installation purposes.
Please include a potential date that you would be able to start the work and also the anticipated duration that the work will take to complete.
My house is located on Preston Parkway in Cambridge.
