We have an existing garage that we would like to tear down. we would like to then rebuild it adding a new garage in front of where the old one was. where the existing garage was we would like ot add and bring it up to level with the existing house, adding a main bathroom, kitchen and a main entrance utility room. the room is approximetly 30x10 . we would add an entrance from the existing house, we would like to help will alot of the work, however do not know how to do some of the leveling plumbing etc. we know there are permits required.
Basement is now unfinish on the back half. We want to finish a 16 foot wall and an 24 foot wall with insullation and drywall and then close in the furnace room on three sides that will be about 8 by 6 with a door and venting and then insullate the ceiling of the 24 by 16 area for fire and noice and drywall the ceiling as well.

I have a small semi. The 2 bedrooms each have a closet on the separating wall. I want to close off the one side, make that a double closet in the other room. In the first room there are cupboards that need to come out and have a closet built in there or maybe have an ikea like closet insert. The upstairs needs to be fully recarpetted as well.

We are going to be replacing our existing cabinets with ikea cabinets to which we have pick out. We would be looking for someone to be able to say hookup the new sink, we are using the same dishwasher but it will need to be disconnected and put back in, the frig we are keeping as well but has water hookup etc. Stove is remaining in the same location but we would be needing some electrical for a second unit being put in one of the cabinets. Measurements of the kitchen are 213 inches down the one side and 93 inch wall directly across which has 2 pantry units on it. There would also be a small island. Basically a galley type so just the two walls have cabinets and appliances on them.
We will be replacing the kitchen counter, having a wall removed and some new cabinets/counter installed. Kitchen size is approx 10' x 10' Wall to be removed needs to be confirmed that it is load bearing or not. A tile back splash is also to be installed in kitchen.

I want to convert my current family room into my bedroom, and my bedroom into my family room. To do this I need to push back a wall to make the one room bigger, and I want to make sure it's not a load carrying wall. My home is 30 + years. Plaster walls. It is a 3 level backsplit excluding basement level. I am looking to renovate the main floor. The kitchen and livingroom is divided by a wall. The 1-1/2 garage is attached to the kitchen livingroom. I would like to remove the wall dividing the kitchen and livingroom and create a kitchen/diningroom. I would like to remove the wall from the livingroom/garage and remodel this garage into a sunken in livingroom.
