I just purchased a place. The taps in the bathroom showers need to be changed and in the laundry room. The bath tub drain is from the 50's and is the size of a pea. It will need to be changed. The tub drain is completely clogged too. Water pressure needs to be checked as well.
Needing it done this Thursday or Friday.
Washroom Water drainage pipes creates noise / little vibration In wall when drainage water passes through it. Washroom is on second floor and drainage pipe goes from second floor to basement through first floor wall in kitchen. Kitchen wall is having noise and washroom wall on second floor also gets noise.
Hi there,
I was hoping you could help.
I have a loft in my new house and am worried it wasn’t properly done. I was hoping someone could come by and investigate and put together a quote to do it so I can do a permit. I will have a structural engineer coming in also to beef up the space Might require a new beam . Area is about 20 by 15 space. There is a tub , toilet and sink, some have p traps , no vents, and water lines are all exposed.
Thank you,
Denis
Installing kitchen into already finished basement room approx 10' x 20'. Need a quote for some electrical and plumbing work. Need to pull a wire for a sub-panel (empty 2" conduit is available between electrical room and this room) to supply 220v for stove, plus a few outlets on dedicated circuits. Need to bring water from bathroom on main floor (directly above) for rough in for sink and dishwasher. Will need to pump drain water back up. Also need to install range hood vent to outside. Drywall will need to be opened and repaired as this is a finished room.
Need to start soon, and hope to be complete within a week or so. Budget is around $2000.
I have a stand up shower with subway tiles. The shower fixture needs to be replaced (only dispenses hot water and unable to purchase new water regulation cartridge as Uberhaus fixture no longer made). Job will involve replacing the fixture and replacing tiles that are damaged in the process, if required.
