Hi there,
We are looking to replace an existing exterior door (shown in pics attached) with a new prehung door. We want to retain the existing brick mould (also see pic). We have tiling going in very soon and would like the door to be done before this.
Thanks for your time!

I am moving into a new home. I did not realize why the lady has so few peices of furniture in the basement...nothing can get down there! I was going to do this in the future but now it can't wait...huge couches and future pool table depend on this. I need to make this lookout basement have a walkout area for a slider.
Looking to get some assistance with a small face lift for our main floor. First, fireplace refinish, basically removing the existing wood mantel and then replacing with a stone face half wall with the beam mantel.
Second - I have a french door I need to change the swing on. I have had it looked at and the hinges placement needs to be slightly adjusted to install as the door to our basement.
As well a couple new light fixtures to install, if possible.
If these are of interest and projects of your experience, please contact me.
Thanks!
Michelle
We have a bay window consisting of one large center fixed and 2 smaller windows. We need to remove the large fixed glass and re-install the 2 smaller window.
The reason we are doing this is that we are making this room smaller to extend our kitchen but this window is in the way.
This window seems to be a separate pc from the house added on after the fact. Some framing and brick work is required.
I've attached a picture as reference - this is not my home but the window shown is very similar to ours.
Hi I have a basement with a walk out.
Presently it is a single door but I would like sliders or french doors.
So the opening would have to be made wider.
I could likely finish the interior after installation but not the outside so it looks nice.
The outside wall is concrete and brick.
My fiance thinks this would be an expensive job so I wanted to double check.
Thanks for any input
Teri
Take our 2 existing storm windows and make them into custom sized rectangular doors to be used as our slider for a master bedroom and a slider for the front hall/laundry room. The glass and putty will have to be removed and we will take care of installing obscure glass after the doors are built. One finished size is 38w x 86.5h, the other will be 40.25w x 86.5h
