I am thinking of buying a house that is 60 years old, 1.5 stories, and 1100 square ft. The main support beam is original to the house and not up to code. Because of this there is some minor sloping of the floors on the main level. I would like the floor jacked up so it is level and the main support beam replaced. The next thing is the electrical. The house has a new 100 amp panel, but none of the outlets are grounded except for the stove. And the last thing is the ceilings in the 2 main floor bedrooms. They were drop tile ceilings that someone plastered over. I would like them taken down and wallboard installed.

Total space is 24*39.
