Basement needs rough in to be installed for a 3 piece bathroom, 20 yr old home...approx 6ft x 5ft size for basement washroom and main washroom has leak behind tub and drywall tub and tyling needs to be replaced, as washroom was incorrectly water proofed by previous home owner.
Please respond if you are able to provide free estimates for BOTH jobs.
Thank You
Anna
We want a full redo of our bathroom. There is a stand up shower, corner tub and 60" vanity currently. What we are wanting to do is replace the shower with a 42" one. Replace the tub with what, we're not entirely sure of yet and replacing the vanity. The flooring needs to be replaced as well and we're thinking of tiles for that. A new toilet is needed.
Demo 5x7 bathroom and adjoining closer to expand bathroom size to 6x12. Install 60" double sink vanity and cabinet (already purchased) and reuse/relocate toilet. Option of full shower (no tub) or corner shower with corner tub. Open to options for shower (tile vs pre-fab). Tile floor. Cost effective is key.
Hi, I am looking to redo our main bathroom as well as our two piece bathroom. The bathroom upstairs is a total gut job (new drywall and flooring and fan install). We are replacing everything and need shower tile installed and ceramic flooring. Both bathrooms are not very large and would probably be a fairly quick job for the experienced handyperson. We are not looking at installing high end products and trying to be as cost effective as we can (as we are possibly selling the house in a year). We are looking to have this done during our summer vacation.
If you are available and have the know how for a project like this please contact us.

My name is Lori May and I have had 2 contractors in to replace a shower in my basement. Both showers have leaked and cracked. I have septic and there is nobody who seems to know how to do it correct. I now would like to have a shower built instead of a shower enclosure. My bathroom is approx. 10x12 and I am open to suggestions. I would like to have this done as soon as possible as I have been short a bathroom for some time now. My house is approx. 50 years old and in very good condition. The bathroom was built 5 years ago and the latest shower only 1 year ago.
Thank-You
