Small 2 pc bathroom under stairwell in a 50's small house needs to have a small shower installed. Plumbing: Toilet location stays the same, but sink will need moving. Drains should be straightforward as basement ceiling is unfinished. Electrical: Fan purchase and installation required. Ceiling and wall lighting needs moving. Misc: Panelled walls will need replacing (drywall?) with a decorative ceiling bulkhead torn down. Floor is already tiled. The existing cabinetry is to be moved to the upstairs bathroom, along with the toilet (direct switch). All fixtures purchased already. Deadline: mid-July.
Purchased a resale home. We have several renovations that will be required, however in the first phase we would like to get the following done:
1) 3 upstairs bathrooms, need to remove existing tile, cabinets, tubs, toilets and replace with new
2) 1 powder room, need to remove existing tile, toilet, vanity and toilet and install new
3) The main foyer, main hallway and main floor laundry room tile needs to be removed and replaced with new tile, the new tile installed in these 3 areas will also flow into the powder room

Recent house purchase has claw foot bath tub and would like to replace this with a walk in shower.
House is 1920s. Bathroom floor is wood. The walls are recently tiled to mid height with wood trim around walls.
Claw foot tub is in front of toilet on left side of bathroom. Would like to put a wall separating the toilet from shower, and have a two glass sides (door and one wall). The shower fixtures would be on the constructed wall separating toilet from shower. Size of shower is flexible. Not fixed on what the walls should be finished with (ie tiles or pre formed plastic). The outside of the wall facing the toilet would be finished in same manner as the bathroom walls with tiles to 3 or so feet and wood trim.
Remodel on a bathroom 8'x10'. Corner tub to be replaced with glass shower, new toilet and vanity but both in existing locations. Add heated floor. The job will require demolition, minor electrical, plumbing, drywall, glass shower installation, tiling. Mid June or sooner would be great but I am more concerned with getting the job done properly and completed within no more than a two week period.....preferably just one week period if that's possible?
