Very small bathroom - toilet, vanity and small shower. The ready made showers available at 38" do NOT fit. We only have about 30" to work with. Existing shower is old (although the tiles have been replaced and actually are still in good condition, however, the shower floor tiles were never replaced) We discovered a leak in the floor that has gone through the outer wall and seeped underneath the hardwood downstairs. Some drywall repair is necessary. (which we've already purchased) We have already taken down sections of the drywall and are not using that shower now. Would pick out own tiles, new vanity.
Tiled wall of bathroom has leaked and damaged the other side of 1/3 of the wall, which I am told will have to be replastered and painted. And in the bathroom itself, something will have to be done to the tiled walls so there will be no water leakage. I am thinking of possibly covering the tiled walls, say witrh 3 panels and also having the bathtub relined. The other solution I have thought about is using Bath Fitters and having wall relined with 1 piece and bathtub recovered. I need help in deciding what is best. I am opened to suggestions. As cost is a factor, a complete renovation will not do. This is a 2 bedroom Condo and it is in its 40 years. The bathtub and tiles are the original. All I want is a job well done which will solve my problem.
Summarizing: Damaged wall to be repaired and painted; Bathtub to be relined or glazed; 3 tiled walls to be either retiled or lined - say with 3 panels. Thank you
Hi,
I need the following services for my home:
- Bathroom upgrade (remove tub and install shower, install new vanity, toilet seat, floor tiles, add exhaust fan/vent etc.)
- add new bathroom (2 piece)
- kitchen tiling (apprx. 100 sq ft)

I already have city permit in place for cutting out the window and changing to the patio door and building the deck.
Small bathroom and galley Kitchen reno - condo
Bathroom approx. 100-150 sq. ft will be a complete gut job - I suspect there is a leak in the pipes/wall
Kitchen may just need minor reconfiguring with new cabinet doors, quartz? countertop (maybe) and a dishwasher to be installed
Would like to build a complete second bathroom w/ shower approximately 8 x 6 or 7'. All piping is visible and present (see pic) but no bathroom currently there. Bathroom is located on the second floor of a loft condo. Second floor bathroom will also be converted into powder room (directly below proposed washroom).
Hi there,
Would you please quote my condo renovation bathroom including removal tub to glass doors, titles, floor, etc; change Kitec plumbing in all suite; removal carpet to engineered floor all suite and renovate kitchen. Licence T85 or T95 is mandatory in my building.
Thank you
Martha
Hello!
Hoping to have a shower enclosure / door / panel installed.
Basically, we have purchased something likeclick here just need someone to install it!
Looking to have it done this weekend.
Thank you.
We are looking to renovate the kitchen of a 55 year old home. Change of cupboards, tiles, backsplash, counter and applicances. Looking to tear down a non-load bearing wall and create an island in the centre of the kitchen. The kitchen is approximately 10 ft by 14 ft.
Also require the basement shower to be torn out and redone due to mould growth in the back of the shower.
Main bathroom is only approx 7.5 ft by 7.5 ft, in a large sidesplit house that is 40 years old. Bathroom completely gutted right to floor boards and studs. Cleaned and ready to start. Tiles and fixtures already purchased. Toilet, and bathtub and vanity to be placed in same layout as before. But Vanity is a foating cabinet that may need original plumbing to be slighty moved a few inches to be centred properly. Also a brace or bracket must be added behind vanity wall to secure the floating cabinet.
Lighting will be one fixture above sink in the original spot. Pot lighting not necessary (I hope)
Exhaust fan must be installed
Drywalling is required.
Tiles will only be on floor and tub enclosure. Tiles for bath enclosure are 36 in., but will need to be cut down to 30 in. to cover bath encloser with least amt of seams. Also a striping of mosaic tiles within tub encloser and above vanity to be installed.
Also request some shelving in narrow wall.
Also request expanding bathroom door entrance by few inches, so door can swing out in hall instead of in bathroom. (If our budget permits) (Trying to create the illusion of a larger space for this Main Bathroom.)
50 year old bungalow, original bath.Roughly 10'x 7'. Ceramic tiles on all walls existing. Want to gut the room except ceiling, replace 24"w x38"h window with new frosted double hung, not in tub area. New 60" vanity, laminate top, single sink, new toilet, tub, all white. Moen faucets, New slate tiles in tub surround and on floor. fixture locations to stay the same. New 60"w x 42"h mirror. Existing door to remain. Existing GFCI outlet, shower light and exhaust fan to remain.2 New wall sconces monted on mirror(supplied) and 4 new potlights in ceiling(not supplied). Bathrrom has a small storage area with sliding doors above basement stairwell. I wish to replace the doors with something more modern and usable. I will do all painting.
Looking for a contractor to redo the main floor bathroom. (6x10 ft)
Job requires installing a new tub in a lightly difference location. New toilet in a slightly new location and tile work.
This may lead into redoing the downstairs bathroom and combining it with the adjacent laundry room.
Looking for a contractor to come in and quote on the job.
I need to add a new bathroom to the third level (shower, toilet and zinc).
House build in 1980/82. A new bathroom space (5*8') will be created from one of the rooms closet and storage unit. The existing walls will require adjustment and new plumbing lines may have to be installed.
The existing bathroom will be linked to the master room.
Thanks,
Abi
We are in need of a complete bathroom overhaul. The house is a pretty standard size bungalow from the 1950's with what I would consider a small bathroom. The only thing we would be keeping is the toilet, which we bought last year. We do not need the latest or most expensive finishings, we just need a properly built and presentable bathroom that we are not ashamed of letting guests use.
We have a very outdated bathroom and want to change the entire layout. We are looking for a contractor who will be able to take out a closet and extend the bathroom a few feet. We have a very good plumber who said he will be able to move the toilet a few feet and the location of the shower plumbing. If we can use him, we would appreciate it. I have the materials picked out, but not yet purchased. My non-negotiables are having a large niche in the shower, a recessed cabinet mirror, and a frosted glass pocket door. We have a LOT of projects to do in this house so we are looking to build a relationship for future projects (we have been in this house only 5 months).
Hey,
Looking to put in a small bathroom (6ft x 5ft) in the basement of a house we just purchased. The bathroom will be close to the laundry room but they never been a bathroom there before. Looking for your availability and timeline to complete the job. Please contact me for more details.
Thank you
Philippe
Looking for a quick remodel.
We've already demo'ed the bathroom. (under 60 square feet, including tub area)
We have all the material (bathtub, vanity, toilet, vinyl sheet floor, and acrylic wall surrounding).
Just need a professional to cut the acrylic and put it all together! Including finishing off the bathtub installation, toilet installation, vanity installation, and vinyl sheet floor.
Plumbing work for the bathtub is already done!
Looking to have this done asap! Only available after 3:30pm.
Currently, our basement shower leaks water. We recently renovated our basement with flooring, so we want to ensure the new shower is done properly and does not leak water.
The existing shower is roughly 4ft (length) by 2.3 ft (width) by 8 ft (height).
See attached pictures.
The plumbing and rough-ins already exist as it is a working shower. However, we want new tile work on the lower half of the shower including the base, different interior shower light and proper membrane and caulking to ensure no future water leakage.
We are the property owners and bought the house 3 years ago with this existing shower so we cannot speak to the work previously done.
We are looking to hire a service professional that has completed similar jobs, liability insurance and provides detailed quotes including labour, materials and time to complete the job at a reasonable price.
- shave floor joists to level second floor
- replace hardwood on main and second floor
- raise sunken dining room to main floor level
- renovate second floor bathroom
Looking for quotes between 20,000-30,000
See photos of current bathroom and wanted bathroom + sunken dining room area that we want raised (entry way would still be at same height with a nice tile to replace hardwood).
We would like to remove existing bath tub and replace it with tub size walk in shower with glass sliding door either prefab type (ea Mr. Marble or similar) or have it built with KERDI board or similar and finished with tiles. The existing vanity would remain. Toilet would have to be replaced. Existing floor tiles removed and replaced.
Approx size of the bathroom is 6 x 8 ft.
