Small bathroom and galley Kitchen reno - condo
Bathroom approx. 100-150 sq. ft will be a complete gut job - I suspect there is a leak in the pipes/wall
Kitchen may just need minor reconfiguring with new cabinet doors, quartz? countertop (maybe) and a dishwasher to be installed
I hired a guy off this website to do a kitchen reno. He didn't finish the job. I'm looking for someone to help finish up. This is a small job, probably a day at the most, less for a team. I have an over-the-range microwave oven. The guy ran some wiring up the wall off an outlet. That wiring is currently sitting capped off in my cabinets over the stove. I need that finished up and the microwave installed. There is another outlet by the sink that needs some work and is a little problematic because of the new counter that was put in. I would also like ceramic backsplash behind the sink and between the stove and the cabinets. Hoping that someone can help me out.
I currently have an under cabinet, wall mounted, recirculating range hood in almond. I recently needed to replace my 30+ stove and fridge in stainless steel and would like to match these appliances with a stainless steel hood. The old fan was really noisy and didn't do a good job of venting. I have been googling range hoods and have found that a recirculating is not very effective. So I am now considering replacing with a vented hood. The problem is that there is about an 8 ft run from where the stove is situated to a back outside wall. Additionally the vent would have to go up about 3ft and then angle 90 degrees to travel in the upper level of the cabinets in order to minimize loss of storage.
I would like a quote on how much this would cost me.
Hi,
How much is it to install backslash for my kitchen? I bought the tiles already and my wall is 30 sqft.
I also need my hood range installed as well. I recently just had my whole kitchen redo and my sink still needs to get done. I have the sink and faucet, I don't have pipes to have water out and in. So I need my sink to work as well.
Thanks :)
Developed an IKEA plan and will purchase the materials. Require a quotation on ripping out old fixtures/cabinetry, preparing the space and installing the new ones. The area is roughly 19'x10'. The space is in a private home on a level lot with adequate parking. Am looking for the installation to take place in June if possible.
