We just moved in a 12 year old home in Georgetown. We have no closet when you walk into the house. We would like to build a closet on the left hand side once you walk in and that wall would need to come down. We have a double car garage and would tear into some of that space. On the right side of the entrance hall, we would like to add a wall and possibly tear down a decorative wall which is a bit further down the hallway.
It involves electrical work and general contracting.
Would like this done in about 3 to 6 months from now.
We are in Georgetown and we have several projects that we are looking to have completed, both indoor and outdoor which include;
A room finished in basement, which involves moving a floor drain, putting in a full bathroom, moving a wall, drop ceiling with lighting and installing bookcases etc. Painting of livingroom and hall, installing a new microwave/cabinet around fridge, turning a bathtub into shower in master ensuite bathroom, replacing 2 doors in master bedroom with sliding doors.
Outdoor, landscaping gardens, upgrading walkways, installing gate. leveling front porch.
Please let us know if you are available immediately or early this spring.
Our house is a raised bungalow built in the early 1970's. It has been determined that the fireplace in basement is sinking, caused a great deal of stress on our home. Cracks are evident throughout the interior of the house, in virtually every room and are quickly becoming worse. The floors on the second level are showing obvious signs of sloping into the area where the fireplace is below. The concrete floor around the fireplace in the basement is also cracked in a semi-circular pattern. We are in need of having the fireplace elevated and stabilized.
