Hi I am seeking a price on replacing our current patio stone pathway with a concrete walkway from our driveway to our front door.
The house sits on a corner and the pathway needs to wrap around the porch leaving room for a garden between path and porch.
We may be interested in coloured or stamped concrete depending on price.
Hi there, we are currently in the process for buying our first home and we need a quote ASAP for the concrete steps up to the front door. They are simply sitting on a wooden base, not attatched, and not up to code. They seem very dangerous. The railings are loose as well. We need the entire steps removed, and other steps installed. We are open to various solutions, whether it be new concrete steps, wooden, etc. We don't have the exact measurements, although they could be aquired if necessary. The house was built in 1989. At the base of the concrete steps there is also a small wooden platform that may need to be removed as well (most likely). This quote has to be done before Wednesday May 19th 2010 at 5pm.
Our front steps consist of a 4' x 5' landing, with 2 steps prefab concrete. There is also one segmented concrete slab 5' X3' plus 3 steps. The steps are about 2' x3'. This was installed in the 1980's when the house was built. We are open to ideas to: building a wood deck and stairs over top of existing; repair and resurface existing concrete with a decorative product; or removal of stairs and replacement with a new decorative concrete product. Railing is needed. We are looking to get this finished by October of this year.
1950s era raised bungalow. The attic was finished several years ago from the original unfinished attic. Dormers and original structure was modified I believe (purchased home 5 years ago).
The main support beam in the basement needs to be replaced due to sagging. Also looking to relocate one of two of the support columns, including pouring new footings. I intend on finishing basement once this job has been completed. I have hired an engineer and have a specification of 3 ply 1.5"x9.5" LVL and 3 ply 2x6s for columns. Basement is unfinished with two exterior exits, easy access. Looking for price all-in, including materials and labour. Thank you.

I am searching for thre right person to do the right job of prepping & sealing the floor of my garage in my new house. I am looking for an ultra smooth, likely transparent finish. For example, I am am trying to achieve the kind of floor you would see in a No Frills grocery store, or Sam's Club, or Costco. My biggest concerns for the project are aesthetics & durability.

STAMPED CONCRETE WITH MARBLE LOOK
We are looking into having a stamped concrete patio in our backyard. The project is about 372 sq. ft. and we would like to have rounded corners. The dimensions of the planned patio are 10' x 19' which connects into an area that is 13' x 14'. I have a pdf file of the plan if you require a better look to understand what the plan looks like, however, was unable to post it with this project. We are looking for an estimate including the full cost of this project. If you have other questions, please be sure to send them to me.
We currently purchased a home and are the only ones left on the street with a gravel driveway. We are looking to put a new concrete driveway in. Currently it is all gravel, it is about 80 square feet, and looking to possibly expand that as much as we can. The house is about 6 years old and has never been paved. We are looking to make it wide enough to fit our 2 vehicles in it, so possibly some interlocking stone on the edge may be an option too. I am looking for a general cost, and am willing to have someone inspect the site in order to give me a more detailed cost. Thank you very much.
