Hi, I am looking for a contractor to get my 2 driveway done. Currently both are asphalt and I want to get it done with the concrete. Its 20 feet wide and 30 feet length? I would like a rough quote along with some pictures you can share so I have some idea on what type of driveway you offer. My one property is in Hamilton and second in Grimsby and would like to get this done at your earliest convenience.
Both properties have similar size driveway so if you can please let me know how much would be each if I get both done through you.
Picture of the driveway is attached.

There is water leaking into my basement through an old storm door. The concrete on the storm door/entrance to the basement and potentially the stairs need to be repaired or replaced. I would also like a concrete pad on the outside of the house.
I would like a lean to shed built on top of the concrete pad.
The house is a century home built in 1918. The renovation should suit the look of the house.
Existing parging is pulling away from the house, allowing water and moisture in the basement. Brick mortar is also missing in parts at the back wall. I'm looking to have the parging replaced to address the first issue with the waterproofing and to have any areas where water can enter sealed. House is 107 years old.
I have some old pavers that need to be redone. The roots from the adjacent tree have pushed them around and they are out of sorts. You will probably have to dig up the old sand/gravel/underlayment, cut out the roots, add new sand/gravel/underlayment, then put them back.
Two of the deck footings are under some of the pavers, just leave those ones be and try to get the new installation level with the old ones there. Doesn't have to be perfect.
We are looking to relocate a north-facing shed that is currently at the end of our driveway. The shed sits on a concrete slab that will likely need to be torn up (unless the slab can somehow be moved too). We would like the shed moved to the back corner of our backyard (based on the setbacks allowed by the City), where it would become east-facing. We suspect that a new concrete pad would need to be poured.
The dimensions of the current concrete slab are: 11'x10' and it looks to be 4-6" deep. The shed is 10'1" x 9'8".
The pictures below show:
1) the current side view of the shed from the end of the driveway
2) the side view again, showing the narrow-ish space between the shed and our house - it's just over 5' wide, not sure if that would be an issue for equipment for the move
3) the current front view of the shed
4) another angle of the front view showing the back corner where we'd like it moved - down a slight incline on our grass, and probably about 30' or so to the back.
Looking to get quotes on what this project may cost from experienced contractors.
Thanks in advance!
The exterior steps/porch to the front door are constructed out of brick and concrete. There is a brick surround to the porch which is falling apart from extensive water damage. The bricks are tied into our house along the side (see picture).
I would consider replacing it with new concrete stairs and a concrete porch with an open railing, something plain in design, with some type of non-slip surface. I would also consider replacing the entire structure with wood depending on the design. The porch is approximately 5X9. There is a small sidewalk that is concrete leading from the driveway to the stairs which is approximately 3X5 that would need to be removed and replaced.
Property owner would like concrete pad for car parking in a back alley setting, in Hamilton Mountain area. Parking area currently consists of coarse gravel spread on grade 2 years ago and is quite overgrown with grass, weeds etc. Resurfacing does not need to cover the entire available area, nor does it need to look pretty, I just need a new surface to keep weeds at bay from immediately around the car and to shed water away from the parking spot. Estimated dimensions would be 2.5 x 2.5m (about 8 x 8 ft). Eventual plan is to plant groundcover around the pad for a vaguely rustic look.
I assume some sort of concrete pad would do this job most cost-effectively but we are open to other suggestions (asphalt, slabs, etc)
The site is located up a back access alley, so direct access is a bit awkward for anything larger than an E-series truck, but street parking is available about 25m away at the end of the alley.
Thanks
Investigating the feasibility of establishing an Aquaponics facility on one of the brown field properties in the West Harbour area. At this time the response to our request for quote information will be used for the planning of the project - timing and exact location are yet to be established.
We wish to have a concrete pad (estimated at 100 ft. x 130 ft.) constructed to carry a 3 domed greenhouse in which we will be operating an Aquaponics (raising fish and fresh vegetables in a closed loop system).
I have some negative drainage into my garage and need to replace the asphalt driveway, I'm looking to raise the garage concrete floor about 10". That would require the brick and lintel above the garage door to be adjusted and have the existing garage door reinstalled. I'd also like all the drywall replaced as well, plus the entry door from the garage to the house needs to be replaced. Some minor electrical is required too. It's a single sized garage. Quote on the concrete and asphalt work if possible is appreciated.
Thanks! Please let me know if you are able to help, I know your time must book quickly and would prefer to start in April.
