My mother left water running in a bathroom overnight and there was damage to a closet (6'x8') in the basement, which a company (who shall remain nameless at this time) partially removed only the wet dry wall. On the upper floor they removed a small portion of under padding to dry the hardwood flooring. I would like to get an estimate for replacing the bathroom cabinet, completing the drywall in the basement closet, fixing the under pad and cleaning the carpet. As well the furniture needs to be moved back, including an organ.
My mother is elderly and is currently living in unsettled conditions. I would like this work to be completed as soon as possible. She has been living in these conditions for a month. I would prefer emails as I am not always available. Thank you for your time.

Leak sustained from 3rd floor to the 2nd floor of The London Tap House (Restaurant/Bar). Believed to be caused by ice machine on 3rd floor as we believe piping around drainage system has been loosened. Mold has now built up on 2nd floor drywall and rotted the drywall area which is about a 4'x4' area.
Quote needed on clearing mold, replacing dry wall and flooring that has been damaged.
Old Victorian Home being converted to 2 Family has been gutted to the brick, framed and boarded. We are looking for quotes to provide necessary mud and tape along with corner beads. Unit is approximately 750 square feet with two bedrooms, one in the basement, staircase, hallway, bathroom, and open concept kitchen/living room.
I have a small bathroom in the basement, the guy who drywalled started mudding and then never came back, All there is to do is mud the bathroom and one wall on the stairwell to the basement. The bathroom is 4' * 10' and just over 6' high(roughly) and the other wall is maybe 6' long.
Also if you could build a window box for the window in the basement, that would be perfect too.
The plumber will do all the plumbing once the mudding is done.
Looking to have some taping and mudding done to the recent drywall we put up in our basement.
The ceiling is about 6 feet from the ground, we don’t have a special vacuum to clean up all the drywall dust, so that would be expected as part of the job. The space is about 10x20 plus a little 8x4.5 section with the ceiling aswell.
Need back room finished. Mudding the drywall, sanding, ready for paint. And painted when complete. Walls and ceiling.
7 by 10 foot room
All trim needs to be put on. Baseboards, door trim, window trim.
Need snap together laminate floor layed
I supply mud trim and flooring.
Labor is what I need.
I have a basement that has been boarded and now needs to be mudded, taped and primed. I have done the wall boards myself, walls and ceiling but the skills needed to do a flawless job on the rest, I know I just don't have. If you can tell me what your price per board foot is on mudding/taping and on Priming that would be appreciated. I am looking to have this completed by the end of the month, those who cannot accommodate that date, please do not reply.
Thanks
Mike

Hi there,
I am looking for a job to be completed under my stairs leading to the basement. My current drywall is cracking and I have repaired it multiple times and its time for new boards and molding to be hung between the ceiling and walls. The 4 angles are difficult and need someone experienced in trim carpentry and drywall to assist with this project.
I have attached pictures for reference.
I would like to get a quote on the following job:
1) Hang new drywall along the walls (ceiling has been done already)
2) Tape and mud new drywall ready for paint
3) Hang crown molding/trim (4 sides with 4 corners) approximately 16 ft in length and 5 ft in height
Thanks,
Andy
