I need to obtain as many quotes as I can for driveway paving. My driveway is 38 x 13 (496sqft) and I am looking for as many answers to the following:
Is recap possible or Complete tear-out and have brand new driveway paved?
Payment installments, this would be very helpful?
Accepted method of payments (I will more than likely pay CASH)
What is the latest time of the year to have driveway paved?
I am more than likely looking at having this done late summer or early fall. Hopefully that works okay for you paving contractors.
I have 2 Driveway paving projects at 2 properties I own in Hamilton:
Pave 100 sq ft of driveway at side of home. I did some foundation repair and had to rip a portion of the driveway, therefore, I need to repave.
Also, I want to expand the width of the driveway at the back of the house so 2 cars can park side by side in front of the garage.
32 Kingsmount St. South
600sq ft of driveway needing to be paved. I am debating on doing this project next spring before I put the house up for sale.
PLease contact me if you are interested in these jobs.
Asphalt driveway and paver walkway to be lifted and redone as one unit. Either concrete or asphalt. Possibly stamped or with decorative edging.
Also interested in pricing a "green" driveway e.g. pavers for tire tracks and the rest sodded.
Asphalt to be taken up to existing fence (Approx. 900 square feet to be removed) New fence will be built closer to front of house, so paving job will be smaller.
Possible additional job of refacing/replacing small front porch. (Stone facing spalling off floor, steps, sides.)
I have a single car driveway which joins my neighbor's 1.5 car driveway. In the middle, it has a gradual sunken in hole about 8 inches deep. The size is about 6ft x 4ft, the middle of the hole is the deepest. The length of the driveway is about 35 ft.
Just would like a ballpark figure on how much to fill the hole in and put a top coat of black sealer on both driveways.
Would like this done by next week.
I would like to replace my current driveway. There is asphalt on it now and I want to remove what is there and replace with new asphalt. I also want to extend part of the driveway to widen it by 5 feet in front of my house. It is approximately 90 feet long by 8 feet wide.
I am in need of driveway replacement. I currently have asphalt and would like to replace with asphalt again. The driveway is approx 70 feet long by 10 feet wide.
I also have asphalt the extends past my house into the back yard (another 30 feet by 20 feet) that I would like removed. I am planning on replacing it with grass.
I need the front North side of my lawn removed, prepared for and laying of gravel. I need this to settle over the Winter and completed in the Spring with the top ashpalt.
It's a small area approximately size of a mid-size vehicle.
I have been city approved and looking to get this done in the next 4-6 weeks.
i HAVE AN EXISTING ASHFALT DRIVEWAY THAT IS FALLIN APART. I NEED THE EXISTING DRIVE REMOVED AND I WANT THE NEW DRIVEWAY TO BE WIDENED FROM 50 X15 TO APPROXIMATELY 50X30FEET. aLO THE SPACE NEEDS TO BE GRADED AND PREPARED FOR PAVING. i AM INTERESTED IN A QUOTE FOR BOTH ASHFALT AS WELL AS CONCRETE.
I have a 10'x20' area that needs to be paved. Currently it is bare ground. It's intended purpose is a parking space. The location is 2 blocks east of McMaster in Hamilton.
Please quote you're proposed site prep (i.e. depth of gravel and size) and the thickness of the asphalt. Also indicate timing. For additional question or to arrange to see the location please contact me via email.
We share a driveway with our neighbour which needs to be re-done which means the costs will also be split between us and our neighbour
Our driveway has a slope that goes towards the house and we were also told that our driveway needs to be re-graded.
We are looking for a couple estimates, I'm looking to get some estimates done and then decide from there.
Post holes and Re-Surface Driveway 70' x 11'
-5 post holes for car port supports to be dug
-Asphalt is cracked and rough, water pools and wears at it
I run a home daycare and use the driveway beside the house as part of the daycare play-yard. It needs resurfacing to be safe for the children who play there. We will be building a carport alongside the house to enclose the play area and want post holes dug at the same time as the re-surfacing.
I stripped, colored, and resealed my stamped, colored concrete driveway last summer. it looked great then but did not do well over the winter. it now has spots where the liquid release and color did not adhear to the concrete and now is bare concrete in those spots, some up to 6 inches round. I need someone to strip of sealer and recolor and re seal the driveway. it's aprox. 17ft by 40ft. and another 4ft by 12ft in front of door. I used brickstone products for the job.
I have some negative drainage into my garage and need to replace the asphalt driveway, I'm looking to raise the garage concrete floor about 10". That would require the brick and lintel above the garage door to be adjusted and have the existing garage door reinstalled. I'd also like all the drywall replaced as well, plus the entry door from the garage to the house needs to be replaced. Some minor electrical is required too. It's a single sized garage. Quote on the concrete and asphalt work if possible is appreciated.
Thanks! Please let me know if you are able to help, I know your time must book quickly and would prefer to start in April.
