We would like a complete demo/gut and new renovation of our Master Bathroom (Appro 67SQ FT) including a new walk in glass shower, modern stand alone bathtub, double vanity, new fixtures, New Toilet, repaint and new tiled floor (possibly heated if it fits the budget). Some plumbing may be required.
We are looking to do a bathroom renovation. We are looking to replace the dry wall, the shower tiling, the floor tiling, the vanity, and we need a fan and vent installed. We will not be removing the bathtub or the toilet.
The bathroom is approximately 50 square feet.
We are looking to have this project completed as soon as possible.
I am the property owner.
Upstairs bathroom is about 55 square feet. Would look like to remove and replace the dry wall, there is an issue with mold and mildew.
Would need to remove and replace some tiling.
We also need to add an exhaust fan. This would require electrical work.
We would like to replace the vanity.
We are not replacing the toilet or bathtub.
I recently moved into a 10-year old bungalow in Keswick and had a friend of a friend rip out the bath tub in the master ensuite and install a 30"x60" walk in shower with a small seat in the corner. I have a disability so this was done for my safety. I chose dark grey slate for the shower walls and a white/grey tile for the floors.
The "friend" that I hired did the whole job in a rush and I have been dealing with issues since day 1. The slate looks uneven and nothing like I had originally pictured, the shower doors needed to be completely replaced, water leaked into the unfinished basement causing all kinds of headaches and the water used in showers doesn't drain properly and pools on the the shower floor. I have to towel up the water on the floor after every shower I take.
The entire thing has been a giant nightmare.
In order to use this shower I'm pretty sure the tile floor needs to be ripped up and leveled correctly to make sure the water drains properly. Hopefully this can be done without losing the seat in the corner.
I'm looking to get this job done as soon as possible and hope to hear from someone about this project.

The tile and drywall removed from the wall.
The proper supplies laid to avoid water damage once shower is installed.
New slate wall tiles installed on all three shower walls and other basic tiles installed on the floor.
