New home. Need to close off panel for final inspection. All electrical is complete except for a problem with one circut not getting power to outlets and switches that are already connected. Husband on disability so money is an issue.
Need to know approx amount of $ needed to have this done to book inspection by township.
Hoping you can help.
Thank you for your time
Home is approx 70+ years old with new addition in approx 1992. Have been told all wiring in old section is not grounded so that probably needs to be looked at as well. If I recall correctly base unit will be installed in living room (old part of house) while receiver to be installed in master bedroom (new part of house).
I will be taking possession of a new/resale home on Tuesday October 29th in Georgina. This is a single story bungalow with no basement, only a crawl space. I'm interested in getting a quote to have the existing fuse panel converted to breakers. In addition, I'd also like to get an estimate to have a new line run/put in the wall over the fireplace (gas fireplace) mantle where I plan on mounting a 52 inch Plasma TV. Finally I wouldn't mind having an inspection performed for the electrical work that supports an outdoor hot tub that was left with the house when we purchased it.
As we don't take possession until the 29th of this month, I'm not sure how you'd like to handle this request. We do have two more visits in our purchase agreement, so coordinating a date with you and using one of those visits is an option. I believe that my wife was actually planning on going up this week to get some wall measurements, but I'd have to verify that.
If someone from your company could give me a call to discuss further, I'd greatly appreciate it. You can reach me during business hours at the number listed.
Thanks in advance for your return call.
Regards,
Brian
