We recently purchased a 60's bungalow with no vents in bathroom or kitchen. Bathroom vent will need to vent throughattic to roof. Kitchen vent will be directly to outside wall. Outside wall is aluminum siding. Having siding replaced in abut 6 weeks and want to have vent installed first. Kitchen currently has a circulating range hood so power is in place.

Preparing my basement ceiling (approx 700 sq ft) to have a furnace installed. Several large crossbeams and hodgepodge floor beams, frantic wiring, & placement of water heater mean I can't start this job right away. Would love to have a blank slate ceiling to get ductwork up + need to have utility room re-arranged (water heater and dryer moved) to accommodate furnace.
Also front of house is not grounded which I wish to have fixed.
Lastly, I will eventually need to have the ceiling put back in + pot lights installed.
Have already secured a company to install furnace and ductwork.
Thanks!
I require an access door be added to my utility room to allow easy access to the hot water tank. The utility room is a very tight space and in order to install a new furnace (current one is broken and we are without heat), the hot water tank needs to be turned to meet code. The front of the hot water tank needs to be accessed by the door I need installed, so it only needs to be slightly wider and taller then the hot water tank. There is some electrical (light switch in the way) and possible other wiring where the other door needs to go. As we are without heat, I would require that this project be undertaken as soon as possible.
