It is in a small area in one corner of this basement apartment but my problem is what do I use or who do I hire to clean this sewage up properly so my next tenant doesn't get ill. I think the former owner did the plumbing etc. in this apt about 7 or 8 years ago so the sewage has been leaking out of this pipe for a long time. The building was built in the 1950's. The soiled dryall has been disposed of and the 2 x 4's are still in place but are going to be removed to allow the wall and floor area to be cleaned properly and then replaced. I need feedback from someone who has had experience with this problem before and cost of doing this cleanup.

We would like an estimate of how much it would be to caulk the windows outside (15) and at least one outdoor electrical outlets so that an estimate can be provided Tarion.

I need a bathroom put in and perhaps a kitchen counter near bathroom. I may need a wall installed between washer and dryer and rest of the room or perhaps, if possible, my washer and dryer installed in another room. I need a sub floor installed in the garage with insulation under it. I need garage doors removed and a window installed in its place. I need a driveway put along the side of my house because of zoning laws.
The front corner of our basement is showing water damage and we need to have the exterior excavated and a waterproofing membrane applied (blue skin). Also, we need to have the weeping tile looked at and finally maybe the cores in the concrete block need to be filled with cementitious grout.
