Veteran looking for some help.
The current drywall must be removed from all walls of the double door garage and the ceiling as well. Remove all insulations.
One week of pause to move plumbing, central vac and a few electrical services to be concealed properly.
Increase the back wall of garage from 4" to 6" depth and reinsulate. Complete drywall.
Current Situation: A Single car garage that is insulated with Styrofoam.
To properly drywall the ceiling and 3 walls in this single car garage. ( The garage door does not need any drywalling :) )
This has to be done after installing the appropriate structure, if required, to hold the dry wall.
A conduit for 240Volt must be installed from the back of the garage to 3/4 along the wall into the driveway. This conduit will be used to run a 240Volt for a electric car charging station.
The work should be coordinated with the electrician that will be installing the car charging station to avoid re-work.
Of course all this work must meet all current building and electrical code and, if required building permit(s) must be obtained. (The electrician will get the appropriate permit for the electrical component of this work, unless some efficiency can be gained through collaborative work)
I am in the middle of bedroom renovation, and I am looking for someone to come in and hang the board and mud. I would like them to put the first coat of primer on the walls to seal it up and ensure it looks clean.
The size is approximate 15 by 20 which includes the ensuite. This project will also include installation of drywall over the existing ceiling (standard 8ft)
My timeline is middle of October to have the drywall complete.
I have a house from the 1977 and it had popcorn ceilings every where and I put up drywall right over top.
I am looking for someone to mud and tape the ceiling for me as I am not that good at it .
There is around 570 squair feet to be done. looking for someone before Christmas
I am looking for someone to mud and tape the upstairs of our house.
The drywall is already hung.
The total square footage is 400sf. There are two small bedrooms, a bathroom, hallways and a few closets.
Ideally looking to have it done by April 15. I know, super tight timeline.
We would like an approx quote. We are planning on buying a house that needs some repairs. One of the repairs, is the need for a new skylight, plus removal of approx. four to six 4x8 panels of drywall plus possible insulation. We can either purchase the skylight via or buy our own.
The repair is on the second floor of the house with a cathedral ceiling.
