Hi
I am looking for a handyman that get the below small jobs done for me.
Would like to know the cost of doing the same
- Install OTR microwave (it was taken down for repairs and now needs to be re-installed)
- assemble 4 patio chairs
- assemble 8 feet trampoline
- repair my toilet flush
- install a flower bracket on the outside of the wall
- install night latch
- put up foyer mirror on the wall
- Fix one of the chester draw
- put the blind brackets on 2 windows
- Install a light fixture in the dinning area
I live in a condo which I'm selling. I need someone to put my storage room door back on as well as change the handle the one bedroom door was kicked in so that would need to also be repaired. I think one of the wrap around metal things would work one was bought but it was to wide. I also need my shower head changed and the patio needs the table built. Handles and shower head will be supplied.
I think my house is 80 years old.
I have pine on the outside of the staircase.
I would like the spindles to be attached to the outside of the staircase because it is narrow.
I was also thinking of perhaps installing some plexi glass to cover the area from where the spindles stop to the ceiling about a triangle 3 feet - I do not know if this is feasable or not and am open to suggestiongs.
I want to keep the area as open as possible.
I have the pine handrails, I just need to put a sealant on them.
I can purchase the spindles and the big spindle for the end (dont' know its name)
I will need some direction on material needed to install the base and the number of spindles needed.
The walls going down into the basement are old plaster.
The walls on the upper part of the stair case are 36 inches wide
The door to the stair case in 30 inches wide
So I was just wanting one rail installed where there is wall. But will need two rails installed for the bottom part.
From the last step to where the stairs meet the ceiling is 103 inches.
Hi my name is Anthony and I bought a new home.
I wanted some caulking work done on a few parts, steam cleaning to the upstairs carpets and a few rooms painted.
I was hoping all things can be done by a handyman all in the same day.
Our move in day falls at the end of month (feb 27th) and we need to move our furniture in March 1st. So we're hoping we can get all these things done in one day.
Please let me know if youre able to provide us with this.
Our home is 1300 sq ft.
Thanks
I currently have a part of a garden hose connected to my outside tap. I tried removing it in the fall and was not able to get it off. I cut the hose as close to the tap as I could and would deal with it in the spring. I have tried everything from CLR to WD40 to loosen the connection but it's not budging. I don't want to break the tap. Any one out there that could help.
I have just moved into a new apartment and would like to hire someone to wallpaper my closet doors and to hang 2 large pictures (one on a concrete wall and one on drywall), a mirror on concrete, a large clock on concrete and a small shelf on concrete (the exterior walls are concrete...the inside walls are drywall. I also have a hook I'd like put on the back of my bathroom door.
