I have just bought a bungalow and require a number of electrical sockets in most rooms on the main floor; two bedrooms, living room, bathroom and hallway. Possibly some spot lights in ceiling of hallway.
I am also looking for quotes for a new deck at the rear of the house and porch at the front and fence and gate at the back end of the driveway.
Possibly bathroom renovations; take out bath to put in shower cubicle, install a vanity and flooring.
We are located in a 5 storey condo looking to add electric lights to 3 rooms, hallway and a ceiling fan in another. Some ceilings are concrete and some drop. We don’t mind if you build drop bulk heads if required.
Please confirm that you have general liability, a non smoker and follow covid requirements. Let me know if you have interest in this job and estimated time frame.
Thanks Steve

Supply and install box and cover for unused hood circuit
supply and install 15 AMP circuit for stove, microwave/hood receptacles (install new receptacles0
supply and install five new aluminum rated receptacles
clean 3 existing dimmer switches with new faceplates.
Eliminate stove receptacle, insert blank cover
We recently purchased a century home that has been converted into a duplex. We need some electrical wires moved, some drywall patches and a laminate floor installed. We also need the ceiling repaired, but are not sure if we should dry wall, do a drop ceiling or add some bulkheads. The unit is aprox. 700 square feet. We are located in old north, close to the downtown core.
We have the cabinet maker already but we are in need of a plumber and an electrician to co ordinate with the installation.
Electrician: need a light switch moved, electric installed for a built in dishwasher, a light fixture removed and the switch for that light, left to control under cabinet lighting.
Plumber: need pluming for sink ran into the unfinished basement vs through the cabinets and plumbing hooked up for a built in dishwasher.
Hi There,
I had my home wiring inspected by ESA and they reported few minor items to be fixed and then I would be able to have a certificate for my insurance company. They told me I should have a licensed electrician to do this job. The report says:
1- OESC 2012 Rule 14-600 > Maximum overcurrent for a 15 amp receptacle shall not exceed 15 amp
2- OESC 2012 Rule 04-012(3)(a) > Flexible cords used as permanent wiring shall be disconnected, removed and replaced with approved permanent wiring methods (in furnace area)
3- OESC 2012 Rule 12-518 > Nonmetallic sheathed cables shall be protected from mechanical damage to a minimum height of 1.5m (5 ft) above the floor (furnace area)
4- OESC 2012 Rule 12-3016(1) > Where the walls or ceilings are of wood or other combustible material, the front edge of electrical boxes, cabinets and fittings shall be flush with the finished surface (cooler)
I would like a quote to upgrade my 100Amp service to 200Amp. (House is 5 years old, underground feed from street)
- I will supply panel and new breaker as described below. Require price for labour plus meter base and main panel feed wire as required.
I currently have a SquareD panel and it is fully populated. We are installing a hot tub and require a 60Amp breaker for it. I already have the external 60Amp subpanel with GFI for the tub but need to tie it in to the main panel.
Replacing the main panel with a 200Amp SquareD is the most logical so that we can reuse the breakers.
Currently looking for someone to have the service disconnected with London Hydro, replacing the meter base and panel feed wires if required and replacement of current panel with new panel tying in the feed from the hot tub.
I am looking for a quote to run a GFCI outlet to the back of my home for a wheelchair lift. We will require a GFCI outlet (20 amp) installed at the back of our house as a power source for the lift.
The house is 55 years old but the electrical has been upgraded to a breaker panel. The preference would be to have the line run outside in conduit to the location of the outlet.(approximately 44 ft)

Looking for quote to relocate washer and dryer in home. Location to be installed has existing washroom on other side of wall. Dryer is ventless so just looking to have electrical available for washer (standard wall plug) and dryer, as well as a cold water tap for the washer (no hot water required).
HI there. Looking for a rough idea of how much it would cost to install a hot tub. The hot tub would be delivered to front driveway on a pallet. Dimensions (measured at the base of the spa from corner to corner) (L x W x H): 2.3 m x 2.3 m x 1 m (7.6 ft. x 7.6 ft. x 3.3 ft.). Dry weight: 499 kg (1,100 lb.). The opening in side gate is not wide enough, so assume worst case - need to crane in place. Assume the area is already prepped with a gravel base in the desired location. Will also need electrical hook-up as there is nothing in that area.
Thanks,
Randy
My wife and I tried to install a new light fixture in our kitchen, but either the wiring to the fixture or the wiring to a new switch were faulty. The light came on, flickered, and would not come on again after turning it off. We followed allthe instructions, looked at online videos, but couldn't get it to work. We'd like to have a professional to have a look at it to make sure the wiring gets done correctly.
Would rather have contractors on site for quotes so the location could be seen. Will included a living room, bedroom, kitchen area, and bath with 2 closets.
Unit will be completely gutted for viewing of trade workers.
Trades needed are plumbers, electrical, drywall (mud and tapers) possibley painters

I have a small project. Probably only a few hours of work.
1) Need one outdoor light installed and an interior switch installed. Neither exist currently.
2) Need one outdoor plug repaired. Outlet exists but has been disconnected.
Basement ceiling is open allowing easy access to wires and the electrical panel.
I live in an older home which does not have any outside electrical outlet at the front door and I have to run an extension cord from the outlet at the back of the house. There is an outside lamp beside the front door and an electrical switch plate inside the door and so I expect it would not be difficult to install an outside electrical outlet. My house has vinyl siding.
50+ year old house. I have had the bathroom rewired. Would like to start rewiring the rest of the house. I was thinking of starting with the 2 bedrooms and one hallway, and completing in steps if possible. I believe it is the original wiring and it is looking very dry and brittle. Would like to start asap after Christmas.
I own a semi detached single family home that is very boxed in. I am looking at opening the living room to dinning room, how ever the wall that blocks off the livingroom and dining room is a load bearing wall, not sure if it will require pillars or and arch, Also looking at opening the kitchen to the front hall this too is a load bearing wall. both walls will require the moving of an electrical outlet. Or house is approximately 60 years old. The walls are plaster the living room wall is just under 10 feet and the kitchen wall is 7 feet.
Hi, I'm looking for a quote on a job. I will need an electrician and plumber for a washer and dryer and dishwasher. I will also need to hook up the new wiring that's already in place from a new room in the basement to the panel. A permit is needed for the dryer outlet, I believe. I will also need and exhaust for the dryer installed. The quote will have to include the materials and labour.
