The unit is less than 800 sq ft. There is a bathroom rough-in but will require relocation of toilet. It is in a vanilla box condition. I need framing for 2 rooms and a bathroom. Plumbing for 6 pedicure chairs, distibutionon of heat inlcuding ductwork and electricity for unit. Looking to have a person or company come in and do a complete renovation and update a house that we purchased.
It seems like the house has not been updated much since it was built in the '80s. In the attached photos is a small description of what we would like to have done. We're not too picky and are planning to use the basement unit as a rental - a low budget is key.
Moving to a condo in one week and need hardwood floors cleaned, and uplifted without completely refinishing (3 rooms and 4 stairs)
Also, need to use a second floor bedroom closet to create a laundry (install w/d adjacent to a bathroom with pan underneath to avoid any water damage. Please contact me by this email.
Thank you,
Linda
Looking to build something similar to the "American Ninja Warrior" Show. I want to have about 20 wooden obstacles ranging from simple balance beams, to a 6" wall to climb over, monkey bars, hanging ropes, unstable bridge and an 11" and 15" warped wall etc. I know it is a very vague description. I am working on some drawings but I am not much of an artist!
Also, this will be used for commercial use in an attached gym. In other words, it needs to be done by a licensed contractor etc. Looking for an approximate price for the whole project, and the timeline needed to complete it. Ideally I would want 3 sections. an easy, medium and challenging section.
I can explain more in another email to whomever contacts me. I'm sure this would be a fun project for you!
Please email me with further questions. Thank you.
We have a walk-out basement with full windows. One room is about 16x14 and we'd like to add one wall on the width with a double door (French doors) to close off from the rest of the basement. We'd also like to add one wall of bookshelves. We are the owners of the house and we'd like someone who will do a very quality but economical job.
I have a wall measuring 9ft wide x 8ft high dividing the kitchen and living room. I want to romove 3ft from the wall. There is 1 power outlet and 1 light switch that will need to be moved. A strip of the floor where the wall is stitting over will also need to be filled with wood or tile. I am the owner of the house.
Plumbing leak in ceiling requires repair, ceiling tile replacement and drywall repair, painting.
Separately have a basement foundation crack that requires repair with drywall repair, carpet removal and baseboard replacement perhaps. Also wanted someone to check electrical in basement.
Not sure if this is 3 separate projects (same room) or one.
I am looking for quotes to build a 10x10 portable box to be used as office. it will remain indoors.
It requires 1 door, 1 window (36x48 for ideas) and a hole for a window shaker AC. 3 electric sockets and lighting.
I don't want high end and it probably will be hit by a forklift at some point. So windows can be plexiglass, the door can be an interior door. the hole for the window shaker only needs to accommodate a 5000BTU unit.
This would be a good project for an apprentice.
House built around 1955
Condition of site is in good shape.

I would like the cove ceilings removed and replaced with normal ceilings with pot lights. Ceiling area is 300 square feet.

Hi,
I am looking to create a sensory space for my autistic son. The space we have to use is a landing at the top of the stairs that we want to enclose. This would involve framing and drywalling the new wall, putting some electrical in it, potentially changing the flooring and painting walls, and creating a ball pit and seating/storage that would enclose all wires.
We currently live in a house with a fully finished basement, that includes a large bathroom. As we never use the space we, we want to research the possibility of using the space for some extra income. The basement was finished to code, height of ceilings, window sizes etc.
We would require a separate entrance being constructed, at the side or back of our home, and a small, functional kitchen being installed (sink, dishwasher, oven - with exterior vent) We live in a newer home with a large deck on the rear. The lot is fairly small so adding an entrance on the side may not be possible. Ideally we would like to add steps to a rear door, without loosing too much deck space.
We are looking for quality, well planned workmanship, but do not require 'high end' finishes for the kitchen. If this is something your company could help is with, please contact us to set up a time to construct a quote.
We wanted to inquire about a project and were wondering if you guys would be able to execute the vision we have in mind and possibly give us a ball park quote on the whole thing.
We are looking for something very similar to the shape and size of a 20ft shipping container, however we want it to look very modern and chic. We were hoping that the one long side could be glass and also have glass installed on the roof similar to skylights in homes. the entire thing would be need to be placed on wheels with a towing attachment for mobility. The interior would also need to look very appealing and aesthetic. We want some form of overhead lighting installed, heating, soundproofing as well.
We are hoping to add a small mudroom to our home before the winter months. Our garage is large enough for one to fit. We are hoping for a quote to plan accordingly and are keen to start quickly. Simple, clean and functional is our goal.
In general, we moved into our home recently (property owners) and have a number of smaller projects that we would like to do including a few small repairs, a minor kitchen reno and down the line a larger bathroom reno. We are hoping to work with someone we trust for all of our projects. Our number one priority is the mud room but we would like to do our minor kitchen reno in the fall (replacing over range microwave with hood, opening up some cabinet space and creating an open shelf area).
We own a condo in a high rise building located in downtown London Ontario and are looking to have some renovations completed in our condo. Please see below for the specific renovations we are looking to have done.
1. Small bathroom renovation- Take out existing tub/shower and replace with shower only, paint ceiling and walls, new towel racks, replacement of baseboards and the possibility of replacing our sink as well. (We were hoping to have someone be able to look at the space and give us a design or options that would work with our space)
2. We are looking to have custom closets built for our 2 bedrooms
3. Installation of ceiling vents
4. Replacement of doors ( 3-4 doors)
I need to have 7 collar ties and 20 ceiling joists repaired with a simpson strong tie ss1.5 stud shoe due to previous owner drilling through them for wiring and damaging the rafters. Also I have a beam 13'5" long made of 2- 2 x 10" boards and it needs to be taken out changed for 2- 2"x12" ganglam with 3- 2"x4" jackposts plus 1 2"x4" full height studs on each end of the beam. Then drywalled and repainted.
I am looking for a contractor that has experience with bringing a student rental up to code so there will be no issues when applying for a residential rental license with the city of London. As I am not familiar with what the city inspectors are looking for, I am hoping someone could help me with any work that would be needed to conform.
