I have a single car driveway, fits two cars end-to-end. It is asphalt now and quite rough. Looking to have it widened to two cars wide. At this time I'm not sure if I'll go with asphalt or concrete (would prefer concrete but open to pro/cons discussion).
A quality job is of most importance, then price.
Currently have driveway that can fit 4 compact cars. Would like to dig up and resurface with either ashphalt or clay gravel stone.
Would like to widen approx. 3 feet. This would also require moving the concrete porch step approx. 6 feet and re-locating the porch railing same distance.
What is the cost and what is the time frame. At this point just looking for online estimate only.
I am am looking to add more parking to the property. I am looking at moving my front stairs to the side and having several parking spaces added to the front of the property.
The space is currently approximately 15' by 20'. I would require the topsoil and current vegetation removed and a new base put it and either a good nice looking crushed stone or possibly paving.
We are looking to pave a shared laneway with trypave. The laneway is 610 sq.ft in length at the houses the laneway is between is wide enough for a little extra room for a minivan to fit down it. The houses are approx. 100 years old on either side of it and it is currently a dirt/grass laneway. The neighbour would also like to have a parking pad of 350 sq.ft done at the same time. Two bills would need to be given half for the laneway only and the other one for the other half of the laneway and the 350 sq. ft for the parking pad. Right now we are just looking for a quote on the laneway itself once we have chosen the contractor we will contact the owner of the other house to get in contact with for the you for a quote on the parking pad.
Our driveway is 34 years old. We are located on the corner of Surrey Cres and Surrey Court with the driveway coming off of the crescent. I would like approx 40' of narrow cement sidewalk removed at the same time the driveway is replaced. The driveway abuts my neighbours concrete driveway and I'd like some kind of divider between the two.
