Main bathroom complete renovation. Requires the relocation of the current tub and vaniety. Door needs to be shifted and a wall needs to be added to accommodate the tub on the opposite side the the washroom (where the vaniety currently is). With the shifting of the door the electrical needs to be moved to the opposite side as well. Change from a single to a double vaniety. Add potlights. New shower tiles and floor tiles. There is also a little laundry area in this space. I would like to add cabinets above the washer and dryer and a backsplash. The water supply lines need to be shifted down and/or recessed. The home is approximately 12 years old and the washroom is approximately 14' x 8'.
Thanks!!!

We live in a semi-detached house in Maple. Our master shower has a mold problem and we aren't fond of the style so were looking to renovate it. This is our first time thinking of renovations so we aren't sure about the cost but we want it done properly by professionals as well as look great! We also have a bathroom for our children's bathroom and powder room that we may consider at the same time.

Hello,
I would like to get price estimate for shower drain rough-in in basement for manufactured shower base and enclosure, and if the price is right I would like to get this done in January after new year holidays.
Currently I have 2 piece washroom (approx. 6' x 7' size) in basement including toilet and small vanity, and I want to add small ready-to-install shower, so I need drain pipe rough-in prepared under the base of the shower. I'm pretty sure that drain pipe exists right under the place where I want the shower to be installed, but cannot guarantee 100%.
If you would like to come on-site and provide price estimate please reply to this project and let me know when this can be done. I'm available any day after 5:00 p.m. or Saturday any time.
Thanks!
I need a shower pan replaced and then retile the shower floor and about a foot of tile, plus re-caulk the whole shower; I need the kitchen ceiling portion where there's water damage drywall replaced; I need 5 tiles replaced, then I need kitchen and bathroom re-grouted to fill in poor underlay job by prior tiler; I need four stones replaced exterior; I need two wood gates replaced exterior; Can you please quote.
Hey, how are you? I just had a quick question. My family and I are trying to make out basement, renovate an unfinished basement. Our house is approximately 1700 square feet, and in our basement we would like one bedroom with a large basement and also a large bathroom. Tile is preferred through the open space and either carpet or hardwood in the bedroom. This house is 7-8 months old so from front to end contracting is required. I was wondering if I could get some sort of an estimate or if it would be better if you came and had a look, as I am not too sure of the measurements. We have had many renovations done to our old basement, at Our prior home but were not too fond of the quality of the job and lack of communication with the contractor.
Thank you,
Navi D.
Looking for rough quote by email. Looking to redo the washroom upstairs. Looking for removal down to studs. Add new drywall, tiles, lighting, plumbing, new toilet, double vanity and shower... no tub. No prefab shower. Looking for price on labour and rough materials only. We can probably do demolition but would like quote with and without demo. Please keep reasonable as we can contract the work ourselves but if reasonable will allow contractor to do it still.
