The water coming out of any faucet in the house is very "weak". I suspect that the main valve is stuck or clogged half-way as everything was okay until I needed to close the main valve one way to do some work. The problem has been there for more than a month now so I would have noticed if there is any leakage or broken pipe somewhere.
I don't expect this to be a big job so a rough estimate about how much this would cost is nice, but I understand that you have to see/check few things before you give your estimate.
