We need a new design for our house's front porch and walkway. See the attached photo for an idea about the area we need to replace. We don't have any designs in mind so we are expecting you to show us some designs that you can do or have completed in the past.
We are looking for someone who can start immediately once we agree on the design and price.
I'm looking to relevel the interlocking driveway as it slightly slopes towards 2-car garage. Water has leaked under concrete garage floor and as a result front section of floor has cracked and sunk in several places. I'm thinking that concrete floor needs replacement but await professional input. I'm looking to have project done in July.
Please provide rough estimate understanding that you'll confirm final quote upon sight evaluation
I require stone interlocking for small area in front of my home. The area would include 2 steps. The total area measures 4 X 5 feet.
I can select from stone sample that you have or i can purchase the stone and you can install it. you must have experience building interlocking.
I have attached the picture of this area. Currently there are standard builder slabs and steps.
Please contact me asap as i am looking to start this work this week. My budget is around $1000 to $1200 including labor and material.
I also require stone work around flower beds. I can hire you for that work as well if i am happy with your job.
The total area is approx 276 sqft. I have attached pictures and drawing with measurements.
I would like area 1 & 2 to be level with a step to the grass if possible; can still maintain the water run off I am assuming.
With area 3 & 4 it just needs to level with grass (no extra step) to have a walkway and hold my bbq.
With area 5 I would like it to be fill and have mulch as cover.
Area 6 is the step to my backdoor.
I have looked at a couple of stone types and I like Centrion from Oaks and Myriaz from Navascape but would also consider something similar from unilock etc.
