Recently mounted a TV over the fireplace. Looking to add a power outlet behind the TV. You will have easy access to the wall behind the TV and I'm okay with you making holes, as long as it is neat and can easily be patched. This is on the main floor and the basement is unfinished. Looking for the needed certificates as well. In addition, since you'll be bringing power there, I'm also looking to build a conduit for all the tv cables. Looking for the best price and am willing to do a cash deal.

We would like to have this done on Wednesday July 20th. Tomorrow.
Please let me know.
I need an electrician to fix my bedroom light which is attached to the ceiling fan. For some reason, the light is not working. i tried replacing the fluorescent circular tubelight too. My ceiling fan is working. Can you please provide me with a quote as to how much would it cost me to fix it?
Master bedroom, move electrical switch from behind entry door to right-side of door then extend electricity over to new walkin closet switch and up to new ceiling light inside closet (have all switches, boxes, wiring for this small project, required completion by Apr 13 Sat). Milton semi-detached home, built Nov 2002 by Mattemy Homes .. upstairs is void of carpet, doors and furniture .. have resin step ladder and disposable clothing for attic work.
I am wondering how much it would cost to have someone install an Over-The-Range Microwave.
The old rangehood has already been removed. I have a brand-new, still-in-the-box OTR Microwave to put in its place.
If the price is reasonable, I would like to get this done within the next 2 weeks.
Please provide your price and whether you would be available sometime within the next 2 weeks.
Thank you :)

I know this might be hard to do without seeing but we purchased a new house in Milton and we have a week to do renovations before we move in due to short time frame. We dont have access to the house again until we get the keys so it makes it very difficult.
This is what we're looking for and needing a quote for. I'm hoping you will be able to help us out and also work with the short timeframe we have. We get the keys on June 15th and we have to move in June 23rd.
We are looking at removing a wall from between the living room and dining room. The living room size is 10feet x 11feet. The wall needed to be removed is 11' wide and 9'high. We will remove the flooring but will need a new subfloor installed. We will also need a electrical plug removed from the wall being removed and a new one installed on the adjacent wall. We will also need a new drywall ceiling installed with 4 pot lights. We will do the painting and trim.
- removal of wall
- install new drywall walls & ceiling
- mud the walls and ceiling
- electrical moved and installed
- 4 ceiling pot lights installed
- subfloor installed
Could you possibly provide a quote and possibly advise if you would be able to work with this short timeframe.
We have a 2400 sq ft open space. We need to install 4 private rooms within this space. The building is 10 years old. The new rooms (approx. 12 ft by 5 ft) do not need any plumbing. Electrical outlets would be needed in each room. Sorry for the lack of info! We are looking for a very rough ball park range just to get an idea of financing.
I need a licensed electrician to install (labor only) between 25-32 pot lights all in main floor (9ft ceiling). I will supply pot lights (Contrast Lightning GU 10 bulbs line voltage), wire, switch/dimmer, circuit breaker(if necessary). I will require ESA permit. Basement is not finished. Pls provide labor price and your availability. Thank You
I have complete a basement renovation and I relatively certain I may need to update some of the electrical implementation to bring the wiring 100% to code.
I need an electrician for a 1 day job to review current electrical and make any necessary adjustments to the breaker panel. At rough guess this may require adding a double switch 15 amp breaker, or a jump panel to a allow for the necessary breaker slots to satisfy receptacle load.
Would like to complete this next week of possible.
I am renovating a kitchen and require an electrician to come in and connect 4 lines(one is an oven line) to the main panel. All materials are purchased and the lines are already run up to the panel, ready for them to be put into the box. Needed to be completed between between the 19th to the 21st of August. Pretty quick and easy job. Other jobs will be coming available in the near future.
