Looking to replace or repair current wood framing around house front windows. It doesn't need to be wood replacement, looking for all alternatives. Current wood framing surrounding four house front windows on upstairs (Doormer style) is rotting, so looking to repair, replace or otherwise asap.
I'm looking for 2 people to frame and drywall an open commercial unit. The unit will be used as a music store so we need the space divided up into a retail showroom, 14 5x7 lesson rooms and a handicapped bathroom.
The retail area is 17'x18' with a floor to ceiling (12') wall with an opening to a hallway. On either side of the hallway there are 7 rooms, each 5'x7' with a door and a drywalled ceiling. The exterior height of these rooms is 8'. At the end of the hall on the left side is the 5'x11' bathroom. The height is again 8'.
We're looking for garage type of quality where fit and finish are not spectacular but the price is right.

Hello, I have a puppy who chewed up the framing of our entrance way. He chewed the mirror framing, the garage door framing, the laundry room framing and the front door framing as well as along the windows. He also chewed up some of the stairs. I'm looking to get this all replaced hopefully by the end of August. I have pictures if need be.

I would like to remove the wall that separates my kitchen and living room, then plan to put in an island. I already have someone lined up to install the island and complete the electrical part of it. However, I will need someone to take the wall down and patch it up after electrical is complete. I am not sure whether this is a load bearing wall so I will need someone to confirm for me. If you need me to provide pictures or would like to come by to provide a quote, please let me know.
