I want to add a 3 piece washroom in my finished basement.
There is an empty room with the plumbing already roughed in, but it appears to only be big enough for a toilet and a sink (approximately 4 ft by 8 feet). The empty room shares a wall with a walk-in closet that I was thinking could be used for additional space, and shares a wall with a storage room which could be used for additional space.
I'd like to use sturdy materials, but am not looking to make this bathroom luxurious or to spend too much.
Please let me know what your best price would be.
Thank you,
Ahmed
Basement Living room is finish but need to have a full bath. The area where the full bath is going to be is completely unfinish and there are drainage and plumbing around the area. I did my own basement but I do not want to do my own basement bathroom because I want to relocate the toilet and shower drain.
I am looking to have my basement finished.
I have a walkout basement with full size windows to the back existing sliding door rough in for the bathroom was done by the builder. Insulation full length already existing.
1) Basement is about 1100 SQF
2) I would like a Kichennette
3) 2 bed rooms
4) 1 bathroom
5) The rest open concept.
6) Tile bathroom area
7) The rest of floor can be cratch free wood or sync wood flooring
We have a 3 year old home and we would like to finish our basement. The basement is approx. 1500-1800 sf. I would like to have a washroom in the basement and an extra bedroom. Not sure if we will add a kitchenett, it depends on the price.
I would like to have finished the basement with laminate flooring, so i would like to get a quote for finishing the basement with basic price for a regular washroom with a tub. A separate bedroom with closet. Closing nicely the furnice and watertank area with a separate door. Finishing the electrical board and the sup-pump to look nice but to be able to access them in case needed.

We have an unfinished basement washroom project that we would like to complete.
The space is framed and we have many of the materials already onsite. Vanity, floor tiles, shower floor and glass doors, toilet, taps and shower head.
We are in need of someone to come in and finish the project for us.
We also have another room in the basement that needs drywall to be finished.
I have a rough for a washroom in my basement. I'm just finishing the walls, but I would like to contract the rest of the work out.
The measurements for the washroom will be about 7 1/2 feet by 4 feet.
I would like to have a sink and toilet installed. I would also like to have a shower installed their is no rough in drain for the shower obviously so the floor would have to be ripped up and a drain dropped in.
I'm thinking of having just a standing shower fully tiled with a sliding glass door. I am open to more options, but space wise, I see this as the most effective.
I would also need the floor tiled.
Hi,
We're renovating our basement and would like to install a washroom with a stand up shower. The space is 4x7, with a toilet and sink roughin. We will need to drill a drain for the shower. Can you please let us know what your prices for this project? We will purchase the sink, toilet, hardware, tiles and other necessary supplies. We would just need someone to install it.
Thanks,
Michelle
Online estimate. Build a washroom in basement 9.5 ft x 4 ft at one end of existing family room. Access would be from utility/laundry room at one end. A new door (26" or 28") installed. Concrete floor and cement curb(supporting existing wall between utility & family rooms) has to be cut to install floor drains for shower(at opposite end), sink/vanity & toilet and connected to existing drainage in utility room which is easily accessible. Install GFCI and lighting fixture over vanity and appropriate switches. Existing ceiling lighting connected to Family Room lighting and would need to be separated to a new switch. Remove existing cable outlet & phone jack and install in new wall. Install exhaust fan to outside(brick exterior). New wall would be insulated for sound reduction. Painting of new walls with interior of washroom requiring moisture resistant paint. Main fixtures(light, vanity, toilet, shower, door, exhaust fan) would be supplied.
Hi All,
I have a closet in my basement that i want to convert into a 3 piece washroom and wanted to know a rough estimate from you all. Here are some of the details (and i have attached a picture as well)
- It is 6ft * 6ft room with a rough in. The ceiling is about 81 inches.
- Finished basement and the closet room (which i want converted) is finished as well.
- Wanted to put a 3 piece washroom.
I wanted a rough idea what i am looking for labor as i will be buying the vanity.
I need to have a bath room put down in a basement in the most efficient way possible to make it nice but also cost effective.
The room currently is finished but was an old kitchen and is really a storage room now but is fairly large and also houses the fuse box and the heater/watertanks. I want a nice bath room put in here and it may/may not require some changes. Open to innovative ideas.
Looking to reno 2 bathrooms.
Bath # 1 - remove existing bath tub and replace with shower stall with glass door. Ceiling above bath tub is drywall, would like it retiled. Would like existing shower head removed and replaced with rain type shower head. Replace existing 2 sink vanity with a new one with quartz type countertop (or anything that looks similar and is cheaper than marble).
Bath # 2 - have attached photo's of this bathroom. Would like to get rid of bathtub and make existing shower stall bigger with glass door and rain type shower head. Replace existing 2 sink vanity with a new one with quartz type countertop (or anything that looks similar and is cheaper than marble). open to suggestion.
Not sure of estimated budget
I live in an appartment building complex on the 8th floor. I have two full bathrooms. Currently interested in the renovation of one. I would like to have back splash istalled along side the shower area. A couple of tiles on the floor are loose may need to be istalled again. I am also looking to change the window in that bathroom too. The back splash area needs tiles and the size is 5' 2" height and 5' 2" wide. The window is 5' 3" high andd 2' 2' wide. I would like to have an estimate to proceed from there.

Hi
I live in Miss and would like to get my bathroom renovated to be a little more useful.
Currently the bathroom is ensuite and has a soaker tub (builder), toilet bowl ofcourse, and a standing shower and one sink.
The bathroom has two windows (one opens only). The bathroom is in the corner of the house (not sure if this matters)
Anyways, I would like to get it renovated.
I started bathroom renovation but got stuck with the installation of a 3 piece tub / shower.
I was wondering if you and/or your team would be able to "come to the rescue" ?
I need it installed fairly quickly as this is our only full bathroom in the house.
Please let me know.
Thank you,
Chris
Shower is in bad shape. Original contractor did a faulty job which resulted in water leaking from beneath the shower creating a mold issue on the adjacent wall. Also mold inside the shower. The handheld shower was never connected. The contractor said the shower was fine to use.
So, I used it. The result was water leaking into the adjacent kitchen. The subfloor within the kitchen had to be replaced.
I require a licensed contractor with plumbing experience to correct this leaking shower and replace the tiles once they are torn up.
I would like Shulick drain installed instead of the black plastic which is presently there. I want the job done right this time.
Please contact me asap. I will be happy to send you photographs of the shower. Thank you.
Hello,
I wish to renovate the shower stall in our bathroom. The stall is fairly small (we are in a condo building) still with the original tiles. We would like to replace the flooring inside the shower stall and the wall tiles. Do you happen to do free estimates for these kinds of jobs? We are located in Mississauga Square One area.
We're looking for someone who works clean and has an eye for detail. So if you think you're the right contractor do not hesitate to contact us.
PS. I can provide rough stall measurements if that helps.
Best regards,
Adrian
Hi,
We are looking to launch a bathroom remodeling project, to be undertaken in the immediate future (ideally completed in early-to-mid-March).
We'd like to try and find two to three contractors to quote on this project, and that process is starting now. The project is renovating part or all of our ensuite bathroom, a diagram of which with approximate measurements is attached. We are in a condo.
We need to replace the shower stall and the sink and vanity, and probably the floor. If budget allows we'll look at doing the tub and surround as well. The current shower is ceiling-to-wall ceramics with a glass magnetic door. It's falling apart, to put it nicely, and will need to be removed in it's entirety. What we'd like to see is a full glass design, with ceramics on the inner walls and glass on the outer walls. Vanity we'd like to do granite or other similar surface (stone, as opposed to laminate on particle board). Floor and surround ceramics/tile as well.
Time-wise, we'd like to get this going ASAP with completion in the first half of March if possible. We have two bathrooms so ripping this one out can happen right away.
Let me know what other information I can provide, or if you have any questions. If this project sounds like it is of interest, let me know your availability for an onsite visit or what the next steps in the process would be.
Thanks for your time. Email is the easiest way to get a hold of me.
Best,
Nathan
I have two projects.
1. Bathroom renovation. I have an ensuite with standard tub and toilet. I want to redo the batchroom, remove the tub and replace with shower, retile the floor and tile all walls probably half-way rather than to ceiling. I also want to add a small vanity sink in the bathroom. Currently the sink is just outside the ensuite.
2. I have a real fireplace in the familly room. The style is brick. I'd like to replace the brick facing with something more modern such as a cast stone fireplace. I have already removed some of the bricks in order to make it less wide. I have also removed all the bricks above the mantel which used to go all the way to the ceiling. That part has to be replaced with drywall.
Hi
I have some stuff to be done and looking for quotes. so here are the list:
