We are looking to update the men's bathroom:
1. 2 Toilets including privacy walls to be replaced (floor to ceiling post to be installed, existing 'prefab' wall may need to be replaced with standard wall with metal framing)
2. 2 countertops with a total of 3 sinks to be replaced
3. 4 urinals to be replaced with hands free units
3. Floor + wall tiling to be replaced
4. New paint
5. Modification to HVAC to improve ventilation
6. Square footage approx: 180 sq. ft
My bathroom (9'x8') is now demolished and it's ready for renovation.
This is what needs to be done:
Reconstruct ceiling (new framing and drywall) and install fan and pot lights
Rebuild tub walls (partial re-framing and drywall)
Check or upgrade electrical circuits inside bathroom as required (GFI, lights, fan, pot lights)
Install new bath tub (30x60 acrylic) with valve, shower, spout and rain shower
Tiles (walls in tub area and floor)
Install 32€ vanity, vanity top with sink and faucet and toilet
Finishing touches (caulking, paint doors, walls and ceiling, openings trims as needed, etc.)
Clean up and disposal of garbage.
This is the only bathroom in the apartment so the work has do be done quickly.
The bathroom size is approx 59" x 65" (exclusive of bathtub).
I wish to install a ceramic floor, (the existing floor is 1-inch multi-coloured ceramic tiles that were popular in buildings in the late 70's), remove the existing vanity, install a new vanity and countertop and 2 basins.
The vanity I hope to install is 48" long and will be centred against the wall. The wall is 59" long and the difference of 11" will have to be filled with false fronts.
I also wish to remove the wall hung light fixture from the left side of the wall (where it is now) and have it centred between the two sinks.
I do not have a GFCI in the bathroom now and I assume that code requires that one be installed.
Finally, the walls are a light grey and I want them to be painted white.

I am looking for a contractor to complete a bathroom renovation, which includes creating a shower (tiled with glass sliding door), flooring tiles and installing a vanity and toilet.
Demolition has been completed - there used to be a tub. Looking to put the shower where the tub was. Otherwise old floor tile, toilet and vanity has been removed.
Floor tiles have been purchased. Waiting to purchase tiles for shower once we have chosen a contractor to complete the job.
Approximate 12 x 12 bathroom in 25 year old home. Existing tiles to be removed, whirlpool tub removed, shower removed. New square glass shower & vanities installed. We will buy the fixtures, shower, tub and vanity from costco (already picked out) we will also buy the tiles based on specs provided by the contractor for amount needed.
Bathroom was demolished (tiles, single sink vanity, drywall behind vanity, mirror, shower walls and base, were removed). Only thing remaining is tub and toilet and surrounding tiles (tub is to remain).
To be done:
1. Removal of toilet and surrounding tiles
2. Reconfigure supply pipes to vanity (in floor) for double sink but from wall
3. Reconfigure waste pipes of vanity (in wall) for double sink
4. Removal of existing light fixture and reconfiguration for double lights
5. Moving supply pipes for shower to other wall (shower head and hand held wand)
6. Reconfiguring drain from previous 36x36 centered to 42x42 centered
7. Installation of new tub faucet
8. Installation of shower base
9. Reconfiguring tub surrounding structure

13. Installation of double-sink vanity
14. Ordering and installation of glass shower wall and doors
15. Installation of sink and shower fixtures

I live in a condo building on the 17th floor in Mississauga and I want to fully renovate my two bathrooms, both bathrooms are 4 pieces in a 1.50x2.60 m area. I would use marble or granite tiles (not sure yet) for floor and bathtub wall, new vanity, new toilet and fixtures, my wife would like to place a storage cabinet (28 cm deep) on top of toilet and a new mirror.
I would like a quote for demolition of current washrooms, clean up, picking up of materials (new tiles, tub, toilet, etc) from selected stores (I don't have a truck or van) , labor and installation materials, timing, guarantee and extras.
We require someone to do a complete renovation on an upstairs bathroom. The bathroom is 6' x 12' and includes sink, toilet and tub. The main ventilation is a window located on the only outside wall located over the bathtub.
The scope of work includes:
-- new ceiling (current ceiling is pine boards, want replaced with traditional white ceiling)
-- installation of new exhaust fan (no fan currently)
-- replacement of bathroom window (is over the tub in tub/shower area)
-- removal of existing linoleum floor covering and bathtub/shower area tiles and installation of new tile throughout (shower/over bathtub, partial walls, and floor)
-- removal and replacements of cabinets and sink
-- installation of new faucets (tub and sink) and shower head
-- removal and replacement of bath tub
The house is 25-30 years. There are no issues that we are aware of that will impact the work. Do not anticipate the need for rewiring or major electrical work. We plan to keep the existing toilet and it will remain in place. We expect to select and purchase many of the main components and materials (i.e. tiles) outside the scope of the bid and are looking for pricing primarily for installation and removal & disposal. Dog on premises.
I have a 2nd floor bathroom, about 8' x 8' which needs to be renovated. The need for the renovation is due to a leak that we have not been able to fix. The vanity, sink, toilet, fixtures and window in the bathroom are all new (1-2yrs). I require a contractor to take out the existing tile and bathtub and replace them, as well as possibly paint the room. I would like to have this project completed within the month. Appointments for estimates will have to be during evenings (6-9pm) or on the weekends. If you can include an initial estimate with your reply, it would be appreciated. Thanks.
complete bathroom renovation for master ensuite - 7.5ft x 5ft.
3 piece washroom,
required: new walls, fixtures, mirror with storage cabinet, heated floor, tub, toilet, sink with floating cabinet, pot lights for ceiling,
2 small lights for wall at bottom, jacuzzi tub with all electrical & plumbing, new tiles for tub area as well as half of the walls height.
Area - Royal Windsor/Lakeshore and Southdown Road
Condo bathroom size: 59€ x 94€ (4.91' x 7.83')
Square Footage: 38.51
Age of Condo: 35 years
My condo is located on the 4th floor of the building, next to a wide stairwell. Elevator access is to the 3rd floor only.
No previous renovations have been done to this space.
Most materials have already been purchased: vanity, vessel sink, sink tap and faucet, toilet, medicine cabinet, light fixture for above vanity, shower head and shower tap, tiles for the shower wall and ceiling as well as the floor, 2 pot lights for shower. These items are already located in another room on the same floor as the bathroom.
No concerns (structural, mould, etc.)
Timeline: I am in no hurry, and would prefer to work be done during a €œneed period€ in order to reduce the overall cost.
Demolition: This bathroom has to have the existing tub taken out, disposed of, and the tub will not be replaced. The surrounding tub area has subway tiles on the wall (not ceiling) that have to be removed as well. I expect the easiest way would be to cut out the drywall and replace it. The existing tap, shower head, spout and drain have to be removed and disposed of. The toilet has to be removed and disposed of. The vanity and medicine cabinet have to be removed and disposed of. The current light fixture over the medicine cabinet will have to be removed and disposed of.
Installation: The tub will not be replaced; instead I want only a shower area in the bathroom. I have purchased tumbled stone/slate tiles (12€x12€ and 4€x4€). The tiles will be placed on the entire floor area, and on the walls and ceiling in the shower area. The new shower head and shower tap will also have to be installed. The two pot lights will have to be installed in the shower area ceiling. I am going to have a large piece of tempered glass installed so the shower area will be €œwalk-in/walk-out€. The floor of the shower will have to be slightly graded toward the drain so the water will not spill out onto the bathroom floor.
The new toilet will have to be installed.
The new medicine cabinet will have to be installed.
The new vanity with vessel sink will have to be installed, as well as the sink tap and faucet (which will be wall mounted).
The new light fixture above the vanity will have to be installed.
I look forward to your quotation. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.
Thank you.
Suzanne
