-paint (walls and ceiling) - some drywall may need to be changed by the bathtub
-we built a 4 shelf unit that has already been framed but still needs to be drywalled

-we would supply the accessories and install that ourselves
a complete new bathroom for the master bath. The house is around 13years old. The old stuff will be removed. Need a new shower enclosure (glass) with water tile and body spray (plumbing will be required). Shower is my main concern. Need quality work.
A new tub needs to be installed.
Will need references for similar job done previously as proof of workmanship.
I am looking to have some renovation work done in my master bathroom.
1. There is currently no fan in the washroom for external ventilation of the moist air. I would like to have one installed
2. I would like to have the existing countertop and vanity replaced with new ones (note I have already decided on the vanity and countertop, so I am just looking for someone to do the takedown of the old and installation of the new)
Looking for contractors to flip my bathrooms. It's on the semi-basement floor(likely concrete under the sub-floor). The size of the room is about 5.7f*11.5f. I want to remove the bathtub and replace it with a shower kit, replace the surrounding dry wall and ceiling drywall, get rid off the vinyl floor tiles and replace with ceramic tiles.
The vinyl tiles looks pretty old and I'm not sure if it contains asbestos or not. So I'm also seeking advices about how to deal with the floor.
Thanks in advance

it is a small bathroom (8x5) with a toilet, vanity/sink. We need to add a shower. There is room in the bedroom closet behind bathroom to increase bathroom size to accomodate the new shower. The old vanity is also too small and will need to be replaced. Toilet can possibly remain in the same location. New flooring will also have to be replaced.

Complete overhaul of the main bathroom on the second floor of our side split house. The house was built in 1959 so the bathroom footprint is rather small so looking to make it appear bigger, more storage, more modern. Also would like to instal a fan (currently no fan) and a pocket door to provide more room overall.
We need to gut our second floor bathroom, which is approximately 90 square feet (which includes the foot print of the tub). Here is the basic scope of work:
Remove existing, and reinstall all drainage for bath tub.
Remove/replace existing drainage for a single sink, and convert plumbing to a double sink vanity (which is in storage).
Rooftop pipe venting and exhaust fan necessary.
Extend toilet drain pipe or flange.
Repair any electrical as necessary.
Rough-in three electrical boxes for sconces, possibly install 2 halogen pot lights in ceiling.
Install new bath tub.
Install new dry wall for walls which have been removed for plumbing and electrical access. Primer, paint and tile ready.
Install new cement board or Schluter System around tub surround. Tile ready.
Install Schluter System or self-leveling cement on floor with in-floor heating. Tile ready.
We plan to install all tile, sconces and paint ourselves. However, we would like a separate quote for doing the tile work.
Design plans available upon request.
I will require a minimum of five references. References for bathroom renovations preferred.
Accurate and clear time estimating is required. Time is of the essence.
Thank you for your consideration.
